EXCELLENCE IS A CHOICE WE MAKE DAILY As we continue to grow and change as an organization, let's make it our goal to have "Excellence in Every Role" because this is how we will achieve our financial goals and become the best in the world. Do you want to be the #1 store in our company? If so, apply this belief to yourself and your team; engage and encourage them with daily huddle-ups and set clear expectations. Discuss each week the goals for the store and how Excellence begets more excellence, and it binds us you as a team can achieve them. together and also separates us from our competition.
