THE CARDS THAT KEEP ON GIVING BBO and Loan Guarantee Cards are little golden pieces of paper that bring our customers back to our stores again and again. These cards are easy to use and provide our customers with a degree of comfort knowing they can come back for a BBO or loan and be assured of a BBO or loan in some amount if the item they have redeemed or purchased is in good condition at the time a BBO or loan is requested. The receipt for every transaction should have a BBO or Loan Bump Card attached that explains the next request for a BBO or loan on a redeemed or purchased item can be for more than the last. The amount of difference is up to the Store Manager.
In a similar manner, nearly every purchase in the store will qualify for BBO Loan Guarantee Card. Every transaction receipt for a redeem, purchase or paid out layaway should have a BBO or Loan Guarantee Card attached. This will provide the customer with a great reason to return to the store when they need funds for any reason. The BBO or Loan Guarantee Card need not have a specific amount for the guaranteed funds. It can simply state, This item qualifies for a BBO or pawn loan the next time you need money.

Never allow a customer to leave your store with any kind of redeem or purchase receipt unless a BBO or Loan Guarantee Card is attached to the transaction receipt.
