Over the course of four, 60- to 90-minute sprints, participants will self-organize into cross-functional teams and assemble a car. This exercise not only introduces participants to Agile processes like Lean, Scrum, and Kanban, but also lets them experience the thrill of solving complex problems as part of a high-performing Agile team.

3. Full Steer Ahead | 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM The teams swarm and coordinate to attach the pedal plate module and windshield.

4. Hot Rod | 3:15 PM – 4:30 PM In the final sprint, teams will add show-car stage makeup, add the aeroshell, and prepare the seats for show time!
