SIGNS FROM GOD OF THE END OF TIME
Signs are all around us that Jesus told us about in the 24 th Chapter of St. Matthew. The weather has changed. It is snowing in places like sunny California, covering cars, flooding in the middle of droughts. The old Colorado River is drying up. Even in Venice, Italy, which is built in the water, the canals went dry, and boats are sitting on dry land.

Crazy things are happening . A sixyear-old shot a teacher. Look at all of the stores across America that are closing due to nationwide thefts, and so on. Public transportation is not safe due to crime and violence. Our young people are dropping out of school . How are they going to make a living ? The number of poor homeless people is growing.

Unimaginable evil is breaking out everywhere. There a great falling away from God and His Church. Notice the warning signs , such as, many will become “… lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God ” (II Timothy 3:4) . Look at the stuff our children should not be seeing on the television and the Internet – pure filth! People are filling sports arenas, entertained on television 24/7, around the clock with X-rated shows, and people can watch it on their cell phones, but people have stopped going to church like they once did. There is very little religion on television.
This is real evil. Add a “D” to “evil” and what does it spell? The devil is real 24/7. Listen to the vulgar vocabulary that people are using today. People didn’t use to say the filth that they’re saying today, thinking they’re tough. People now are saying crazy things, such as “ I don’t believe in God , the Bible , prayer , heaven or hell .” Just because a person doesn’t believe in the wind , which you can’t see , doesn’t mean that there is no such things as the wind . We can see the effects of God’s unseen Holy Spirit.

Some people are simply saying, “I don’t believe in law and order . I don’t believe in a strong military.” If you can’t protect what you have, then you have nothing . Judges are letting criminals commit crimes , and judges are letting criminals go. These are all proof of the signs, which Jesus warned of in the last days .

People will believe a lie, and they will be damned (II Thessalonians 2:11-12).
Some signs that Jesus warns about are wars and rumors of wars, earthquakes, droughts, famines, and lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God (St. Matthew 24:6, 7, 12, 37-39).
What are you going to say to God when He asks you, “How did you live your life ?” There is a great judgment day coming, and we will all be there to stand before God. It would best for you to find God before God finds you for that great day of judgment (II Corinthians 5:10). †††

Dear God,
At times, I’m convinced that being a single parent is the most difficult job on the face of the earth.
There are days when I feel like running away from all the responsibilities and demands of single parenthood - days when I feel trapped, overloaded and overburdened. I feel like nobody cares.
And yet, dear God , I know that you care .

“According to your faith so be it unto you” (St. Matthew 9:20). Saint Matthew’s Churches prayer team is a small group of praying parents and grandparents whose lives are dedicated to praying for people and mailing out gospel books, sermon prayer letters and other Christian literature. Most of all we pray for people to be saved and be ready to meet Jesus when they die or when Jesus comes. We believe this is the most important thing in life, more important than success or material blessings. But, we also believe that the blessings of God are not limited to salvation of the soul. We believe you can have everything God promises you in the Bible. We believe God wants to bless you, his child, spiritually, physically, and financially (III John 2). We believe God wants his children to prosper and have the nicer things in life (Philippians 4:19). We pray for God to bless folks with their own businesses, more money, finer homes and automobiles. We believe God’s people can have the best of everything. It is God answering prayer, not us, that is making these wonderful things happen for people. Give God the praise.
We write our partners letters each month, all of the same faith-building nature. These items of faith, which we send out along with our letters, have no power, but are merely spiritual faith handles like Jesus and His disciples used during their time, to help people focus their faith on God.
