What is Smartstone?
It is a surface material composed of a minimum of 93% natural quartz (one of the hardest minerals on earth), resins used as a binding agent and pigments. Our veined surfaces are manufactured using advanced technology to create the most natural looking surfaces available in engineered quartz. Smartstone key features
With the large slab size of 3200mm x 1600mm x 20mm, Smartstone expands design options such as longer, larger island benchtops and minimises the number of slabs required, reducing cost-per-metre rates. Nominal slab size:

Health & Safety
As a trusted and established brand since 2002, Smartstone surfaces are completely safe for use in residential and commercial interiors. All our products are eco-friendly and sustainable and comply with the most stringent local and international standards of health and safety. All Smartstone products are covered by a Material Safety Data Sheet written to the highest standard and comply with the relevant legislative standards. In addition, Smartstone maintains a comprehensive Fabrication Manual which stipulates that fabricators and installers should at all times comply with all local Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
Warranty
All Smartstone surfaces offer a 15-year Limited Warranty which should be filled out at smartstone.com.au within 28 days of installation, which will guarantee the highest level of support in the unlikely event of an issue arising with your Smartstone surface. Smartstone is intended for interior applications only. The Smartstone 15-year Limited Warranty does not cover exterior applications, where Smartstone is exposed to outdoor conditions. The Smartstone 15-year Limited Warranty does not cover edge or surface damage caused by wear-and-tear or negligence.
Care and maintenance
Low-maintenance Smartstone is easy to care for. To keep your Smartstone clean, simply wipe with a soft cloth and a pH neutral household liquid detergent. Avoid exposure to products with high pH levels such as over cleaner, paint strippers, paint removers, bleach and nail polish remover.
