A Smartre Agency & The Smartre Sale
Smartre
The word Smartre is quickly being recognised as the Ethical and Effective alternate way of Real Estate in Australia and New Zealand.
With more and more Agencies branding themselves ‘A Smartre Agency’ and adopting ‘The Smartre Sale’, some basic guidelines have been put in place to align this brand.
The word ‘Smartre’ has been registered by Smartre Training strictly for members of The Leaders Circle, and is encouraged to be incorporated into your Agency’s branding.

We encouage members of Smartre Training to add ‘A Smartre Agency’ to their logo.

Logo Guidelines.
Smartre Training is very flexible with how you encorporate A Smartre Agency into your branding. Feel free to use any colours and fonts that are associated with your brand.
Colours
Please use your Agency’s colours when using ‘A Smartre Agency.’ The ‘re’ in Smartre may be changed to an alternate colour.
Font
When adding ‘A Smartre Agency’ to your logo, please use any font that is associated with your Agency’s branding. ‘A Smartre Agency’ must be a consistent font throughout, italising and bolding the ‘re’ is not allowed.
Capitals & Italics
‘A Smartre Agency’ may appear in lowercase, sentence case, title case, or uppercase. The word smartre must always remain consistent, with the “re” at the end matching the case of the rest of the word.
Italics may be applied if desired, but must be applied to the entire phrase, not to individual letters or sections.
You must not capitalise the RE at the end of Smartre.

The Smartre Sale.
There are two non- negotiable requirements of The Smartre Sale:
1. No Sale, No Charge.
2. Competitive Negotiation.
If you are using The Smartre Sale, you can brand yourself A Smartre Agency.
You may still offer another method of sale and brand yourself A Smartre Sale, as long as the option of The Smartre Sale is available to sellers.
