ABOUT US Ottraco is a market leader for custom fit hearing protection. Used for a wide range of applications, our mould maker’s plugs are CE compliant, tested and fully certified. They are also an approved ear mould supplier to the NHS. With over 40 years’ industry experience and a talented, dedicated team, we pride ourselves on delivering a superb product backed with excellent levels of service.

We have a fully trained team who are experts in every stage of the process, from taking the initial ear impressions through to the production of the hand finished moulds.

PROTECTION Pro Plugs Cost - £6 per month A full block which will reduce all sounds around you by an average of 27dB. (This will muffle speech.)

Filters Cost - £7 per month Designed to reduce noise by an average of 27dB whilst allowing speech and audio through at safe levels. We can tailor-make each employee’s plugs with different decibel reducing filters, subject to requirements.

Vario Blank & Passive ….. Interchangeable Modules…..

Cost - £8 per month Allows you to decide how much you want to hear. The Vario Blank module reduces all ambient sound. The Passive module allows you to hear speech clearly whilst reducing noise above 70dB by an average of 31dB. A pair of both modules is provided.

Bluetooth Cost - £9 per month Our Bluetooth option provides excellent sound quality for incoming audio or phone calls whilst still offering noise suppression. A built-in microphone allows outgoing voice calls whilst providing essential hearing protection at an average reduction level of 26dB.

Security Ear Piece Cost - ÂŁ8 per month Connect to a radio communication device in one ear and have a Filter or Pro plug in the other ear. The sound can be delivered via an acoustic tube or fully wired to the ear plug. The average reduction is 27dB.

Hearing Tests Cost - ÂŁ1 per month We offer a hearing test for each employee to establish a baseline level, which is documented and referred to should you ever face legal action for hearing loss or damage.
