LEADING THE WAY FORWARD

We would like to congratulate two of our team members for graduating from specialty Leadership classes this quarter. Lester Michaels, a Customer Service Supervisor at our corporate office, graduated from Leadership Advance, a 5-month program where participants gain extensive experience and insights into their own leadership styles and techniques. Lester has always delivered exceptional customer service and we are excited to see him utilize what he has learned to continue being an ambassador for our company.

Our Director of Marketing and Quality Assurance, Sarah Finnegan, recently graduated from Leadership Las Vegas. The year long program is facilitated by the Las Vegas Chamber and invites 60 applicants to participate each year. The months are spent learning about the various sectors of our local community with participants developing a new perspective and insight into the city. The knowledge she learned in Leadership Las Vegas will carry over to Smart City, where Sarah will continue to inspire, lead, and shape our company moving forward. Congratulations!
