llora has the first Boer War Memorial built in Queensland and on Saturday 28 May, the Warwick Thistle Pipe Band will lead a group of approximately 50 Light Horse to helpe commemorate 120 years since the end of
the war. The procession will begin at the Darling Street gate and proceed past the ANZAC Memorial Park, into Stuart Henry Park, then through Memorial Park. “The Thistle Pipe Band will assemble in the Memorial Park,” Ross Neale reported. “The Light Horse will assemble in the Park behind the Memorial Park.
