Sponsor registration must be completed no later than September 21, 2026 for inclusion in MDF printed materials and signage.
Sponsor Trademarks and Materials:
Sponsor grants CESA the right to use Sponsor’s logo designs, trademarks and company descriptions as provided in Sponsor marketing materials in any medium of event promotion or marketing materials in connection with the 2026 CESA MDF.
Logos should be emailed to: Launch@smithmooreassoc.com by Monday, September 21, 2026, in an eps or ai format. If you are unable to provide those file types, a transparent PNG or high resolution PDF or JPEG will work, but CESA cannot guarantee the quality of your logo on print materials.
