In keeping with a nostalgic Disney theme, we’ll be offering “A” ticket through “E” ticket exhibitor packages, and a limited number of non-exhibitor sponsorships, as well as opportunities to sponsor special conference activities and events.

CSMFO will make every effort to place exhibitors in the area of their choice; however, CSMFO does reserve the right to place or relocate any exhibitor based on what is best for the Exhibit Hall as a whole.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

All refunds and cancellations of exhibitor booth fees and sponsorships must be in writing to CSMFO by Friday, November 8, 2019. Cancellations will be refunded until this date, less a 25% administrative fee.

There will be no refunds after this date.

TRADESHOW MANAGEMENT
