TO COME TOGETHER AGAIN WITH YOUNITE.
MANY happy RETURNS. YOUNITE has always performed well for us in the past. That’s why we’re re-igniting it to exceed our expectations in the future.
Re-igniting YOUNITE
remembering YOUNITE Tutera Senior Living and Health Care created a way of interacting with clients called YOUNITE. “YOU refers to the coming together of several factors to create a positive outcome for our residents.
5 CATEGORIES MAKING THE GREATEST IMPACT ON OUR CUSTOMERS. You remember the 5 categories we identified that we believe have the greatest impact on our clients. 5 categories YOU can re-ignite. Think of them as MARCH:

M
ASSOCIATE/TEAM MEMBER APPRECIATION Activities that seek to understand what motivates our staff to exceed the expectations of our clients and to reinforce those motivations for ongoing success.
A
RESIDENT CHOICE Activities that relate to the identification of the residents’ right to choose and to have those choices honored to every extent possible.
R
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT Activities that create synergy between our senior living community and the local community surrounding the property.
C
HOME ENVIRONMENT Activities that seek to de-institutionalize our community, while also maintaining safety and resident comfort.
