National Alzheimer’s Association Fundraiser. 215 participants raised $87,732.68 record-breaking year for Senior Lifestyle!

Making a Difference

FIRST EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE FUND Inspired by the sacrifices made and great measures taken by our employees to take care our residents, we established the first Senior Lifestyle Employee Assistance Fund to financially assist employees who suffered losses due to Hurricanes Irma and Harvey. Senior Lifestyle, fellow Senior Lifestyle employees, investors and vendors graciously contributed to the fund. RAISED $52,953. PROVIDED RELIEF FUNDS TO 58 EMPLOYEES.

REINVESTED IN OUR SUPPORT PLATFORM In order to react quickly to changing markets and to better serve our teams, we hired co-Chief Operating Officers, a Chief Clinical Officer, a Senior Vice President of Communications and 8 Vice Presidents of Operations.

Proudly opened the doors at 7 beautiful communities and broke ground for 6 new communities. Delivered 78 Independent Living, 397 Assisted Living, and 298 Memory Care senior residences. Created jobs for 400 employees and welcomed 450 new residents.

TRAINING & SUPPORT Based on passionate feedback received from our community leaders, we increased community support by hiring professional trainers and specialists in the Sales and Marketing, as well as the Health and Wellness Departments. Cutting-edge, adaptive learning programs continue to be a high focus for all service disciplines.

Our new memory care program, embrace, launched in 60 communities and over 1,250 employees were trained. Essence, an embrace signature program, won Agrentum’s Best of the Best Award.
