Are all medications clearly labeled and part of a current prescription?

Is your loved one able to easily open any containers, and are they taking them as directed?

Does your loved one maintain annual visits to physicians, dentists and other health care providers?

Is your loved one showing any signs of untreated hearing or vision loss, such as squinting, turning up the television or asking you to speak up?

Is the pantry well-stocked, and are there plenty of fresh fruits or vegetables in the house?

Can your loved one get to the grocery store or in an area where groceries can be delivered? Do they need assistance setting up this service?
