The Face of ANTIQUES
Lee Anna Ward
Lee Anna Ward began her career owning an antique shop in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Now, 35 years later, she has become the face of the antique industry in the 405 as the owner of Notting Hill Antiques.
Ward moved to Oklahoma City in 2002 after marrying her husband. A stranger to the area, she opened her antique store in Nichols Hills, and soon everyone in OKC loved her prices. So much so, that she wasn’t able to keep stock in her shop.
Ward then changed her business format and became a wholesaler but still opens to the public for antique events to see her customers from her retail days. She then went full force into design projects. In January, Lee moved her studio to Port 164 at 164th and Portland. Her new studio hosts a loft upstairs for design, and the downstairs hosts public antique events. She travels abroad four times a year to curate inventory and holds 3-4 public antique events a year.
“My social media is how everyone keeps up with my travels and my antique events,” Ward said. “I could do interior design full-time, but my projects are booked months in advance. My heart is always in antiques, and now I get to do both.”
Ward designs not only traditional homes, but loves mixing old and new that many find difficult to do with just the right blend. That blend has become her signature and specialty.

The Faces of ENTERTAINMENT Paycom Center
2024 was a record-breaking year for Paycom Center in downtown Oklahoma City. The arena ended the year with 41 concert events, breaking 2022’s previous record of 37 events. Four of these events set gross ticket sales records – two Zach Bryan concerts in May, and two Drake and J. Cole concerts in March.
2025 is on track to be an eventful year for Paycom Center as well. The year kicked off with big events including Alan Jackson’s final Oklahoma City show, a sold-out Tyler Childers concert, and an ESPN Gymnastics Collegiate Quad (the event’s first time in Oklahoma). More incredible shows are set to come including top comedians like Nate Bargatze, up-and-comers like Zach Top, and a local favorite with the return of Bedlam basketball.
Legends/ASM Global, the world’s leading premium live experiences company, extended their partnership with the City of Oklahoma City this year to continue to manage Paycom Center and the new, much-anticipated arena scheduled to open in 2028.
