Whether it is a single office, a large workplace, dining area, a restaurant, a retail space, or an entire hotel, our interior designers specialise in creating environments within both work and public spaces that reflect a business’s brand identity - whatever the industry.
By mastering the art of furnishing, lighting, and combining textiles and colours, Slettvoll can provide carefully considered recommendations will create that distinctive and exclusive aesthetic. Thoughtful interior design reinforces a brand, and creates memorable experiences for both employees and visitors.
Each proposal is developed in close collaboration with the client. The result is an inspiring environment – whether the initial objective was improved wellbeing and efficiency, a visual transformation to leave a lasting impression, or a combination of both.
Just as we are passionate about creating beautiful homes, so we are equally dedicated to shaping commercial spaces to feel welcoming and comfortable – whether at work, in meetings, whilst travelling, or enjoying unique experiences. All the furniture in our collection is handcrafted by skilled artisans on the west coast of Norway, meeting the highest standards of comfort and quality. Furniture, rugs, lighting and textiles are designed to work together, and can be tailored to the overall concept and requirements of each project.
We are pleased to offer complimentary advice and an on-site consultation, with no obligation.

All our furniture is made to order, offering exceptional flexibility in sizes, materials and textiles. This allows for bespoke solutions, carefully adapted to each individual project.
The collection is designed to provide creative freedom in shaping complete interior environments. Furniture, rugs, lighting and textiles can be combined across styles and functions, making it possible to create cohesive interiors with a clear and distinctive character.
Choose from a range of wood finishes and an extensive selection of materials and textiles, carefully curated to unite comfort, quality and aesthetics. A significant part of our textile collection is produced in Norway, and many of the fabrics are OEKO-TEX certified.
Should a textile outside our collection be preferred, this can be arranged on request.
In a world shaped by disposable consumption, we believe in what endures. We create timeless furniture defined by thoughtful material choices, and enduring quality. Each piece is developed with repair, renewal and recycling in mind, and we place great emphasis on efficient use of resources throughout the entire production process.
Our furniture is handcrafted in Stranda, on Norway’s west coast, with pride in the craft and precision in every detail – as we have done since 1951. We follow the entire value chain closely and collaborate with carefully selected suppliers in Norway, and across Europe. All materials are thoroughly tested to ensure comfort, quality and long-term durability.
We work purposefully in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and towards a more circular business model. As a certified environmental management company (Miljøfyrtårn), we have documented routines for responsible operations – from sourcing and production to energy use and waste management. This ensures a holistic approach to sustainability, with conscious choices made throughout the process.

Furnishing professional spaces is about cohesion, quality and delivery. We manage the entire process; from consultation and material selection to delivery, installation and styling; all carefully coordinated with clear guidance and support throughout the whole project.
1 2 3
We begin with a complimentary conversation and an on-site consultation. Together we clarify the needs, function and overall vision for the project.
With a dedicated interior designer – with you throughout the entire process – we then prepare a complimentary interior proposal, including materials, colours and cohesive combinations from across the collection.
Once the proposal is agreed, we coordinate production and delivery, with everything then installed and positioned as per the agreed plan. Styling can also be provided to refine and achieve the completed aesthetic. All packaging is then removed by us, with a follow-up arranged as required.
With this approach, we guarantee a fully realised interior, with every detail considered; from first conversation to final delivery.
The collaboration with real estate firm Homerun Brokers in Marbella began with a desire to create a headquarters with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. When the company established its new premises on Marbella’s prestigious Golden Mile, they chose Slettvoll as their partner to deliver the full interior concept.
“Designed in collaboration with the Norwegian high-end furniture manufacturer Slettvoll, our premises are recognised as one of the most impressive offices in the region.”
– Eric Ebbing, Founder & CEO, Homerun Brokers
Known for its forward-thinking approach to luxury real estate, Homerun Brokers wanted an interior that could reflect both its vision and values. The result is an elegant and cohesive environment where employees and clients can feel relaxed and inspired –furnished as a complete whole with furniture and interiors from Slettvoll.
The selection of textiles and materials draws inspiration from the building’s architecture, with natural textures and tones that harmonise with stone walls and warm timber throughout. Together, this creates a refined balance of luxury, function and aesthetics.

Colliers - formerly known as Pangea Property Partners - wanted to create a new office environment across the top floors of Tjuvholmen – a setting with the potential to define the company’s identity and vision for the next decade. The ambition was to deliver a complete transformation of the premises, with social zones where both employees and clients could meet in inspiring surroundings.
“We wanted the social areas to reflect the company’s identity, creating an environment that allows space for calm, energy and creativity. Each zone has its own identity, but follows a coherent overall concept.”
– The Interior Design Team, Slettvoll Skøyen
Art is the first element to greet you when you enter the space, and serves as a unifying thread throughout the interior. The design was developed to inspire meaningful meetings and to create natural zones for both work and rest.
The result is a functional and seamless workplace, where comfortable furnishings, colours and details interact with the art and architecture – an office landscape with a clear identity and high aesthetic quality.

With its magnificent history and unique position in the heart of Copenhagen, Hotel d’Angleterre is regarded as one of the most iconic luxury hotels in the Nordic region. When the hotel set out to upgrade its suites and public areas, Slettvoll was selected as a partner to create interiors that reflect the hotel’s exclusive profile and timeless elegance.
The project covered a significant number of guest rooms, as well as the lobby and shared spaces, and was carried out in several phases to ensure that hotel operations and the guest experience remained uninterrupted. Slettvoll delivered a wide range of furniture, lighting and bespoke solutions – from sofas and armchairs to dining and coffee tables with tailored material selections. We also developed a custom-designed bar cabinet with hand-decorated Italian doors, along with carefully chosen wallpapers that support the hotel’s aesthetic.
“Through our close collaboration with Mrs Remmen and Alan Evensen – both of whom have a truly unique understanding of the hotel’s identity and historical heritage - we were able to refine every single detail. Their clear vision made it possible to create solutions that unite the hotel’s iconic elegance with the functionality required of a modern luxury hotel.”
– Andreas Kromann Andersen, Interior Designer, Slettvoll Copenhagen
The chosen colour palette and materials maintain a real respect for the hotel’s history and its iconic legacy as ‘The White Lady’. The aesthetic is classic, bright and elegant, with a strong focus on quality, comfort and long-term durability for an environment of intensive use. The result is a harmonious blend of refinement and functionality – an atmosphere where only the very best will do.

In the heart of the Kolmården forests, overlooking the shimmering waters of Bråviken Bay, lies Villa Fridhem. The Swedish manor house was built in 1909 as a private summer residence for Prince Carl and Princess Ingeborg, and named after the Prince’s vision of a place of peace and tranquillity.
In collaboration with Slettvoll, this distinguished building has in recent years been transformed from a conference hotel into a personal boutique retreat, where the sense of royal grandeur remains present in every room.
The colour palette is inspired by the majestic peacock’s feathered splendour, creating an elegant link between the building’s historical heritage and modern comfort. Deep blue tones, complemented by golden accents in both textiles and materials, lend the interior a warm and refined character.
“Respect for history was the guiding principle in the renewal of Villa Fridhem. The aim was to create a warm and welcoming place that can continue to age with dignity.”
– Geir Oterkjær, Slettvoll Stockholm
The tones flow through the building like a continuous thread – from restaurant and lobby to suites and conference rooms – uniting the whole in an aesthetic that both honours the past and invites new experiences.

Opus XVI is a boutique hotel in the heart of Bergen, and a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. The hotel is named after Edvard Grieg’s Piano Concerto in A minor (Op. 16), and is owned by relatives of the composer, with a wish to offer guests an experience shaped by culture, history and distinctive character.
Slettvoll has had the pleasure of furnishing several of the hotel’s most exclusive rooms and suites, within a building that has become a recognised landmark in Bergen’s historic centre. The interiors have been developed with a deep respect for the architecture and the hotel’s identity, and tailored in harmony with its palette, material selection and overall aesthetic.
Materials and textiles have been carefully selected to create a cohesive whole, where classic elegance meets modern comfort. The rooms invite calm and presence, with welcoming zones designed for both relaxation and activities.
“The aim was to create spaces that invite tranquillity and connection – an ambience that reflects the hotel’s musical heritage and timeless elegance.”
– The Interior Design Team, Slettvoll Bergen
The result is a refined and thoughtfully created interior; where the building’s history still lingers in the walls, and where comfort, quality and character have been considered right down to the smallest detail – a beautiful setting for a stay in one of Norway’s most distinctive cultural cities.

In the UNESCO-listed village of Geiranger, Grande Fjord Hotel is a family-run boutique hotel with an exceptional location right on the edge of the Geirangerfjord. With fjord and mountains as its dramatic backdrop, the hosts sought to create a place where hospitality, comfort and quality frame the experience of the surrounding landscape.
Slettvoll has had the pleasure of furnishing large parts of the hotel – from bright guest rooms and suites, to the restaurant, social spaces, and conference areas. The interiors were developed to create a light and welcoming atmosphere, with furniture and textiles that underline the hotel’s quiet elegance and open the rooms towards the view beyond.
“The aim was to create a cohesive environment where comfort and aesthetics offer guests a warm and fully realised experience of the place.”

Deep within the untouched wilderness of Finnish Lapland lies Octola Luxury Lodge – an exclusive retreat where silence, privacy and extraordinary nature converge. Here, luxury is defined by calm, presence and discretion, far removed from the outside world. The award-winning restaurant RE-NAA in Stavanger is one of only two restaurants in Norway to hold three Michelin stars – a place where gastronomy and atmosphere come together to create an experience of rare distinction. The menu is rooted in seasonal ingredients from the Rogaland region, with a precision and sensitivity that is reflected in every detail.
To offer guests an elegant setting from the very moment they arrive, RE-NAA wished to further develop the lounge area by the bar – a space for anticipation, calm and conversation before the dining experience begins.
“We wanted furniture that combines lasting quality with an elegant aesthetic.”
– Sven Erik Renaa, Owner
Slettvoll has furnished the lounge as a natural extension of the restaurant’s universe, with inviting seating, carefully selected textiles and refined details that add warmth and character. The atmosphere is intimate and understated, reinforcing the restaurant’s personal and welcoming identity.
The result is a thoughtfully composed environment that provides guests with the same care and quality as the experience at the table – from the first moment to the final course.

RESTAURANT
On Strandafjellet – one of Europe’s most attractive ski destinations – lies Stova 1957, a welcoming gathering place at the foot of the slopes, where guests can step straight in from the trails and into the warmth. The name is as locally rooted as the menu itself: stove is the Sunnmøre word for “living room”, and 1957 marks the year the very first ski lift opened on Strandafjellet, powered by an old Volkswagen engine.
The restaurant spans two floors. On the ground level, guests can enjoy an informal break still wearing their ski boots, while upstairs they will find a bar, lounge and elegant dining areas furnished by Slettvoll – a setting made for long evenings after a day in the mountains.
“We wanted an atmosphere like coming home to your own cabin after a day outdoors – warm, cosy and relaxing, yet still social. And that is exactly what we achieved.”
– Frode Kjølås, Strandafjellet og Stova 1957
In contrast to the building’s clean, modern architecture, the interior is generous and inviting, with autumnal tones that meet the winter landscape outside. Solid furniture, enduring textiles and hard-wearing materials were chosen to suit a lively restaurant throughout the entire season.
The furnishing is both flexible and comfortable, adapted to everything from a quiet drink to larger social gatherings – long communal tables or smaller round settings, generous sofa groups or light ottomans that can easily be moved. Stova 1957 is a place to arrive, share experiences, and settle into the distinctive calm that follows a day in the mountains.
