🌐 Club Connections: Forming, Reactivating, and Empowering Clubs at SLCC

students are welcome — regardless of race, gender, nationality, religion, immigration status, or English proficiency. We believe every student deserves a space to grow academically, professionally, and personally.

🔑 Our Focus:

Forming Clubs: Helping students create new, dynamic clubs.

Reactivating Clubs: Bringing inactive clubs back to life and making them thrive again.

Empowering Clubs: Giving clubs the tools and support they need to reach their full potential.

🎯 Our Goal:

Keep all clubs at Tier 3 and aspire to Tier 4 — securing more funding for events, activities, and opportunities that benefit the entire SLCC community.

🌟 Two Key Examples: ESL Students: 👫 Integration: Join clubs to practice English and build friendships. 💼 Access: Discover resources like on-campus job programs. 🔄 Mentorship: Graduates return as mentors, creating a cycle of support.

🤝 Connected for Growth:

Together, ESL students and the Marketing Club create a powerful cycle of collaboration and support — strengthening our entire SLCC community.

Marketing Club: 🎓 Real-World Skills: Develop social media campaigns and engagement strategies. 💼 Professional Experience: Build strong portfolios by promoting events for other clubs. 🌱 Community Impact: Increase club visibility and participation across campus. 📈 The Marketing Club’s Role: The Marketing Club will take the lead in promoting the marketing efforts for all clubs, ensuring greater visibility and engagement.

Meanwhile, the members of each club will focus exclusively on organizing activities, building connections, and seeking additional support and funding to help their clubs grow and thrive.
