DURABLE MATERIALS The AnF framework is constructed of 16 gauge galvanized steel

Zinc Epoxy Coated Steel that is engineered to protect from the outdoor elements. This type of powder coating is used in a number of applications including automotive coatings.

Heavy duty zinc plated leveling legs with large flat bottom for stability.

The exterior panels are factory clad with 1/2� Permabase cement board. PermabaseŽ is impact resistant, extremely durable and dimensionally stable. It has overall flexural, compressive and tensile strength characteristics, highly moisture resistant and will not rot, disintigrate or swell when exposed to water.

Each AnF enclosure is built to last having been compression tested with 700 lbs., without structural failure and backed by a five (5) year Limited Warranty

PACKAGING Firegear recognizes the importance of enclosures making it to their final destination intact. We have consulted with shipping and packaging specialists to design unit specific packaging engineered to help protect from potential damage in shipping.

Round AnF enclosures can be stacked up to three (3) high for storage.

ASSEMBLY 1 Connect the 4 Panels All AnF enclosures ship with four (4) quarter sections. Align each section with its corresponding mate and assemble using eight (8) self-tapping screws (provided), two (2) screws per section, one (1) at the top and one (1) at the bottom using the pre-drilled holes.

2 Install the Leveling Legs We provide Zinc coated leveling legs for the bottom of the enclosure. Each AnF has a nutsert on the bottom of each section. Install a leveling leg in each of the sections. Make sure that there is one (1) inch of clearance between the bottom of the leg and the lowest portion of any section.

Some enclosures may have more than four (4) legs.

3 Install Pan Supports if Needed If necessary, install the pan supports into the pre-drilled holes. Round enclosures come with four (4) 45° angle pan supports, while the linear and square AnF’s come with two (2) linear pan supports. Refer to your installation manual for details.

4 Attach the MgO Board 10mm MgO (Magnesium Oxide) Board is provided for the top surface. Each board comes with a pre-marked template based on the most popular Firegear burners for the size of AnF enclosure. Round and Square tops come in four (4) easy to cut sections, Linear tops come in two (2) sections. Self-tapping screws are provided to secure the MgO board to the top of the enclosure.

Each AnF comes with a Vent-Kit-6x12 which provides the required 18 square inches of cross ventilation per side
