A FESTIVAL OF HAPPINESS
The Pyramid our local community hub for children and families has just celebrated its Festival Weekend welcoming over 600 people and would love to hear from volunteers to donate a few hours of their time over the coming months.

Kate Drummond, community builder from the Pyramid at Anderston said: “We held a FANTASTIC Festival Weekend over Sat 25 & Sun 26 Sept, 2021 - welcoming over 650 people for bags of fun and good times; with loads of free and fun activities for all ages including - Aardman lead modelmaker Jim Parkyn's Amazing Scene Machine, children’s author Kjartan Poskitt (Murderous Maths, The Runaway Pea), top Scottish magician Billy Reid Magic, Glasgow Zine Library, Glasgow Science Centre, Halo Arts with circus skills and a silent disco, arts & crafts, face painting with Face Candy Glasgow and friends, balloon modelling, fairground rides and more...
“One boy commented that the event should have been called the 'Festival of Happiness'. It is wonderful to see our community coming together and having so much fun.
