In order to increase indoor water efficiency within the facility, lowflow fixtures will be specified exclusively. Additionally, appliances with an Energy Star rating or equivalent will be specified in order to further maintain water use.

Through the use of materials with thermal insulation, innovative window treatments, and utilization of natural light, energy can be conserved. LED daylight sensor lighting systems will be implemented in order to conserve energy use.
When possible, waste will be reduced through the application of recycled materials. Sourcing of materials and FF&E elements will be done solely through environmentally friendly and ethically responsible manufacturers.

Maintaining the use of air quality, acoustic comfort and thermal comfort, and the utilization of natural light will ensure the efficiency of the building’s overall indoor environmental quality.
