Last month, we asked all of you to put on your green caps to think and contribute to the environment in your own small ways. And we are so delighted that so many of you did take our call to action seriously. Given the current condition of nature degrading at a fast pace, it is easy for most of us to throw our hands up and say what can we do to fix such a large issue. However, you did not give up. It was very heartening to see many of you come forward with hope and try your best in taking that first step towards fighting the crisis. So to celebrate the firsts of the many to come, we feature below captured moments of conserving the environment. "While it is important for us to reduce the carbon footprint, it is equally important for us to take all measures wherever we can, be it our homes or our place of work. As a company, we have taken a pledge to reduce the carbon footprint and use more biodegradable material. Our E-commerce department is already following rules like avoiding plastic, reducing wastage and the number of printouts too. T he sooner we act the better for us. To contribute towards sustainability, we have stopped shipment of our e-commerce orders in plastic bags and are using 3-ply carton boxes. All have also moved all our communication to digital platforms, may it be order processing and/or taking customer feedback. We are going digital and also inspiring others to communicate with us digitally." Ashutosh Sinha, Business Head - E-commerce

"We make sure that we use Packaging materials which are Biodegradable and are environmentally friendly. We Use natural light instead of electric bulbs and tube-lights at our packing stations and have replaced plastic pens with Recyclable paper pencils." -Vikas Patel, E-commerce Team
