PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) III Corps NCO Academy (BLC) Portable Chemical Latrines Contract FY18-FY19 PART 1 General Information The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, vehicles, equipment, transportation, supervision, and other necessary means to deliver, relocate, pick-up and service portable chemical latrines under all weather conditions at FT Hood, TX and off post training areas if necessary within 30 miles of Fort Hood, TX. The contractor shall perform to the standard and specifications outlined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Workload may increase or decrease due to adjustments in the training cycle dates, but will remain within the general scope of the contract. Payment will only be made by the Government for services ordered, received, and accepted at the time of contract award. The Contractor will not be compensated for work performed that is not authorized by this contract or a contract modification. 1. GENERAL: This is a no personal services contract to provide and service portable chemical latrines. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor’s employees performing the services herein. Such employees contracted to provide services shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Scope : The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, vehicles, equipment, transportation, supervision, and other necessary means to deliver, relocate, pick-up and service portable chemical latrines under all weather conditions at FT Hood, TX and off post training areas if necessary within 30 miles of FT Hood, TX. Basic service requirements will consist of 378 latrine days/36 Training days (number of portable chemical latrines required multiplied by number of days required) and 68 portable chemical latrines serviced on site (number of portable chemical latrines to be cleaned multiplied by times to be serviced). A schedule of the requirement is listed in paragraph 5 of this PWS. Any deviation from that schedule will be coordinated between the Government and the Contractor using a Fort Hood Form 350-25 or a Contractorprovided request form(s) submitted to and approved for use by the Contracting Officer no later than 10 days after performance start date. The portable chemical latrines shall be delivered to the site the evening prior to ensure the portable chemical latrines are on location and operational at the start time of training. The dates and times of placement of portable chemical latrines are flexible due to time changes and location of existing portable chemical latrines, however, the Contractor shall place the portable chemical latrines prior to the required start date and time. The Contractor shall perform to the standard and specifications outlined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
