We recognize that no two food businesses are alike, so we have designed our fees options to fit everyone, whether it’s for two hours a month or ten hours a week. Full Time [Dedicated Space - share only with Fusion East Staff] ● 40 or more hours per month ● Priority in setting weekly schedule ● FREE permanent storage ● $1500 security deposit ● $75.50 One time set-up fee ● $55.50 per hour rate includes rent and utilities ● Anything over 40 hours per month is billed at $45.50 per hour ● Must pay Minimum Total $1900 on 5th of each month. Add’l hours billed monthly On-Going Part Time [Shared Space - share with only one other business] ● 11 to 39 hours per month ● Hours can be booked in advance ● $1000 security deposit ● $75.50 One time set-up fee ● $48.50 per hour rate includes rent and utilities ● Anything over 39 hours per month is billed at $37 per hour ● Must pay Minimum Total $1200 on 5th of each month. Add’l hours billed monthly Emerging Food Entrepreneur [Shared Space - share limited to three other business] ● Up to 10 hours per month ● Hours can be booked in advance ● $500 security deposit ● $75.50 One time set-up fee ● $34.50 per hour rate includes rent and utilities ● Anything over 10 hours per month is billed at $27 per hour ● Can only be used for a maximum of FOUR MONTHS, and then another billing plan will be assigned, based on usage ● Must pay Minimum Total $500 on 5th of each month. Food Trucks ● Up to 10 hours per month ● Hours can be booked in advance ● $1000 security deposit ● $75.50 One time set-up fee ● $48.50 per hour rate includes rent and utilities ● $100 Cleaning Fee ● Anything over 10 hours per month is billed at $37 per hour ● Can only be used for a maximum of TWO HOURS PER WEEK, and then another billing plan will be assigned, based on usage ● Must pay Minimum Total $400 on 5th of each month. Add’l hours billed monthly Sales and Marketing [ Outside|Inside Sales Team ] ● 40 hours per month ● Once a month sample tasting for event planners, wedding planners, corporate, etc. ● $125 per week rate includes B2B, B2C, face-to-face, phone calls, social media team ● Must pay Minimum Total $400 on 5th of each month.
One-Time & Short Term ● $500 minimum ● Anything over 20 hours is billed at $48.50 per hour ● $250 security deposit ● $75.50 One time set-up fee ● $40.00 per hour rate includes rent and utilities ● $100 Cleaning Fee ● Must pay Minimum Total $500 in advance. Add’l hours billed at end of term ● Cleaning Fees may apply Off-Peak Hours Rage [ Shared Space 11:00pm - 8:00am ] ● Up to 39 hours per month ● Hours can be booked in advance ● $500 security deposit ● $75.50 One time set-up fee ● $33.50 per hour rate includes rent and utilities ● Anything over 39 hours per month is billed at $25 per hour ● Must pay Minimum Total $500 on 5th of each month.
