Headquartered by PwC, Skanska pushed the limits of sustainability employing a triple-glazed curtain wall and a chilledbeam mechanical system, both firsts in the city. Skanska delivered 101 Seaport and PwC’s space in 34 months from site acquisition by leveraging our unique platform of self-financing and in-house construction.
