The Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School is shaped by Catholic values and a shared commitment to guide our pupils on their own individual sporting, creative, emotional and spiritual school journeys.
Our school is founded on philanthropy, thanks to the donations made in memory of Cardinal Vaughan, and this tradition of donation continues to the present day. Each year we invite our community of parents, alumni and friends to donate to our Love & Service Fund. Without this generosity we would not have the school you see before you today.
Philanthropic support makes a direct impact, enhancing learning, improving resources, and enabling us to plan for future expenditure with greater certainty. It helps us to maintain the school we know and love, where children grow and thrive.
By working together, we continue a tradition of faith in action, an act of giving that extends beyond material support. As Pope Benedict XVI reminds us:
“To love means giving, offering what is ‘mine’ to the other; it means giving not only material things, but also something of oneself: one’s own time, one’s friendship, one’s abilities.” - Deus Caritas Est.
By working together as a community, we can do our very best for our pupils, helping them to achieve their full potential at our wonderful school.
Thank you for supporting this Fund.
