ART EXPLORATIONS AGES 4-6 & 7-9

Let your child’s imagination run wild! This hands-on class introduces young children to the world of art through play, creativity, and experimentation Kids will explore a variety of materials glue, paint, beads, recycles items, fabric, and more while learning ageappropriate art skills in a fun, supportive environment

FUN FOR TINY TIKES (PARENT & ME)

This engaging fun, hands-on class introduces toddlers to a classroom setting while fostering connection among families With guidance from experienced staff and active parent or guardian participation, children will enjoy age- appropriate activities that spark curiosity, and creativity- like music & movement, arts and crafts, sensory play, and story time in a welcoming space! TUMBLE BUGS (CHILD ONLY)

This class safely introduces basic gymnastics balances, rolls, springs and rotations while also developing a dance foundation Children improve motor skills and coordination in a playful atmosphere Beginning dance moves help develop rhythm, spatial awareness and self-confidence A variety of props add to the fun!

A first introduction to ballet - children learn basic ballet positions, steps and routines. They dance to a variety of ballet and age-appropriate music, use props and have lots of fun! This introduction to hip-hop class is for boys and girls who love to dance and have lots of energy! Perfect for children who are eager to explore but not yet toilet trained, this engaging class offers a joyful mix of music, movement, story time, sensory play and simple arts and crafts Led by experienced staff, the program encourages socialization and creativity in a supportive, play-based environment.

A parent or caregiver is required for ages1.5-2.5 and child only for ages 3-5.

PRESIDENT’S BREAK CAMP

At Camp San José, campers participate in an unforgettable day camp experience combining camp traditions with enrichment and educational activities. Campers play fun games, sports, create cool arts and crafts projects, and embark on weekly field trips.

In this safe and supportive environment, campers participate in active and engaged learning projects, skill building, youth voice and leadership, and learn healthy choices and behaviors.

Price includes a low leader to camper ratio of 1:10, field trips* , a Camp San José shirt, and much more!

*Families opting not to participate in field trips are responsible for finding alternative care for their child(ren) not attending the trip. The City will not provide a prorated refund for those that elect not to participate, nor will onsite care be available. CHINESE CALLIGRAPHY GROUP

This is a Chinese Calligraphy group for anyone who is interested in Chinese Calligraphy, or any hands-on group. Please note: No Instruction is given for this program. Must supply your own supplies. Able to provide store recommendation .

YUAN JI DANCE

Enhance your body and mind with Yuan Ji Dance classical movements. This is a moderate-pace dance class that includes a mixture of martial arts, physical therapy, meditation, dance and qigong exercise. Come get your body moving while you learn this unique and beautiful style of dance. This multicultural dance promotes health and wellbeing for all.

TAI JI QUAN

Want to build strength, improve balance, and relieve stress? Join our Tai Ji Quan class, where slow, meditative movements and deep breathing promote relaxation and well-being. This practice enhances stability, reduces stress, and even incorporates a dance element.

TAP DANCE "Dazzling Divas +1"

Join the Dazzling Divas Dance Group! Learn rhythmic tap basics, terminology, and routines, with warm-ups and potential performances. All levels welcome!

Come join our Senior Nutrition Program and socialize with others! Lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. for seniors age 60 and older.
