LEARN TO PLAY: BASKETBALL

Join us for a fun filled class designed for beginning players looking to learn the basic principles of basketball. Players will learn the five basic skills of this sport including: dribbling, shooting, defense, rebounding and passing Players are required to wear appropriate gym clothing and bring water.

Intro to roller skating is suitable for beginners and skaters with basic experience Instructors will provide fun and exciting activities that focuses on the mechanics of skating, balance, moving forward and backwards. Your favorite P E game is now a class! Kids love this class It is more than just a game, kids learn throwing, catching techniques and of course, the learn how to dip, dive, duck and of course DODGE a ball They will participate in a variety of skills challenges, competition and games that will lead to a dodgeball tournament Your children will learn new skills while having a blast and making new friends

FIT TO DANCE & DANCE TO FITTUESDAY/THURSDAY

Fit to the Dance is the perfect class for anyone who enjoys exercising but also loves to DANCE This class is split into 2 different exercise classes The first hour will consist of exercises that build strength, improve mobility/flexibility, and increase your range of motion. Building strength and improving flexibility will help you stay on the dance floor longer The second hour of the class will consist of Dancercise, which is a fun way to get active by combining exercise and dance. Participants should bring their own yoga mat, water bottle, and some comfortable shoes Exercise and dancing will consist of low to moderate intensity.
