SUMMER CAMP PLANNER

SUMMER CAMPS CAMP SAN JOSE At Camp San Jose your child will participate in an unforgettable summer day camp experience combining summer camp traditions with enriching and educational activities. Children will play fun games, sports, create cool arts and crafts projects, sing funny songs and embark on a weekly field trip. Activities incorporate educational features disguised in fun and entertaining activities and projects. Price includes a low leader to child ratio of 1:10, field trips, a Camp San Jose shirt, skill building, new friendships, disguised learning and much more!

Campers need to bring water, lunch* and sunscreen each day. *Check with your local community center for a complete list of field trips, lunch programs, scholarships and payment plans. Each Camp San Jose session runs for one week. Field trips are subject to change.

LITTLE LEARNERS SUMMERCAMP This camp introduces children to socialization, positive self-esteem, following directions and simple learning concepts. Children will work on hand eye coordination, motor skills, and gain independence through the use of circle time, music, songs, stories, play and arts and crafts. FIT CAMP Come join us at F.I.T. Camp, a two week long camp where your kids will develop a balanced approach of knowledge, skills and confidence to be physically active for a lifetime! SUMMER CAMPS LITTLE MEDICAL SCHOOL

NASA®: JOURNEY INTO OUTER SPACE

Little Medical School brings medicine, science, and the importance of health to children in an entertaining, exciting, and fun way. Children learn and have fun as they dress up like doctors, learn how to use instruments doctors use, understand how the body works, administer first aid, and even tie knots like a real surgeon. Each child get their own stethoscope that really works, as well as a diploma upon completion of the Little Medical School course.

Mad Science and NASA have teamed up to bring you the excitement and wonder of space in this new voyage of discovery. See the principles of thrust and propulsion at work in a real rocket launch. Watch star dust burn, and journey through a galaxy as you investigate the life cycle of stars. Explore the farthest reaches of our solar system and create a lunar eclipse in the "mad" planetary tour!

ORIGAMI CAMP Discover the ancient art of paper folding. Learn basic folding techniques used to create an endless variety of origami models. SKYHAWKS GOLF FOR BEGINNERS Campers will learn the fundamentals of swinging, putting, and body positioning. Skyhawks has adopted the SNAG (Starting New At Golf) system to its curriculum. SNAG is specifically designed for the entry-level player; SNAG simplifies instruction so that young players can make an easy and effective transition onto the golf course. All equipment provided. TEEN PROGRAM TEEN LEADERSHIP CAMP Teen Leadership Camp (T.L.C.) is designed for teens to prepare for their roles as future camp leaders and interact with other teens.
