NEW FITNESS CLASSES!

ZUMBA

AGES 18+ ARE WELCOME!

A Zumba class is a dynamic and exhilarating fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves It incorporates interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, to help improve cardiovascular fitness. The atmosphere in a Zumba class is typically energetic and fun, focusing on enjoying the music and the movements rather than perfecting each step. Participants of all fitness levels can join, as the moves can often be modified to suit different abilities. The class usually lasts about an hour and is led by a certified Zumba instructor who guides the participants through various dance styles such as salsa, reggaetón, merengue, and cumbia, ensuring a full-body workout that feels more like a dance party than a fitness session.

CARDIO SCULPT

Cardio sculpt is a type of workout that combines cardiovascular exercises with strength training to provide a comprehensive and effective full-body workout. It focuses on building cardiovascular endurance, burning calories, and toning and sculpting the muscles.

POWER YOGA

Power yoga is a dynamic and physically challenging style of yoga that incorporates elements of traditional yoga poses with a more vigorous and fitness-oriented approach It is often characterized by a fast-paced, energetic flow of movements and a focus on building strength, stamina and flexibility
