Enhance Fitness is a group exercise class that improves your balance, flexibility, bone density, endurance, coordination, mental sharpness and decreases your risk of falling through a structured exercise program that is adaptable to all fitness levels from beginning to advanced

This is a balanced workout that integrates a little Pilates and Tai Chi to bring awareness to movement and breathing. You will develop deep strength and make lasting postural changes that give a graceful flow of movement in all your activities

This group meets weekly to discuss different literary works Similar to a "book club" this group shares great novels, poems, and plays to stimulate conversations and interactions. Enroll, read, discuss and enjoy! * Meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the Month*
