DOUG'S ART WORKSHOP

A perfect place to paint and create masterpieces! Everyone is welcome to join us in the studio with your own art project and be with other artists for friendship, sharing and critique! Please bring your own supplies

Becoming fit just became a whole lot more fun! This is an evidence based group fitness class designed specifically for active adults. Enhance Fitness is a group exercise class that improves your balance, flexibility, bone density, endurance, coordination, mental sharpness and decreases your risk of falling through a structured exercise program that is adaptable to all fitness levels from beginning to advanced

Restorative Fitness

This is a balanced workout that integrates a little Pilates and Tai Chi to bring awareness to movement and breathing. You will develop deep strength and make lasting postural changes that give a graceful flow of movement in all your activities

Exploring Literature

This group meets weekly to discuss different literary works Similar to a "book club" this group shares great novels, poems, and plays to stimulate conversations and interactions. Enroll, read, discuss and enjoy! * Meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the Month*
