By popular demand, we are launching a NEW First Nations polo shirt that we can wear to convey hospitality and welcome Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people into our hospital.
Wearing the polo short is also an expression of our hospital’s respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and culture, and our commitment to Reconciliation.
Our hospital’s senior leadership team would love you to purchase the polo shirt, and wear it any day in place of uniform (where clinically appropriate), or when representing the hospital at external events. This document provides some examples of when to wear it.
