Cheat sheet: for third-party health care partners
You should expect assessors to ask you questions about:
Your role in the multi-disciplinary team in providing patient care.
Your key involvement in specific national standards and hospital processes (i.e. pharmacy staff in medication processes, pathology staff in managing the availability and safety of blood and blood products, SKG staff in ensuring that the right procedure is provided to the right patient).
Your role in ensuring that critical information is handed over or received from St John of God Murdoch caregivers.
If you do not know the answer to a question, let the assessor know and advise you will follow up with the manager of the area.
