FROM THE PRESIDENT

Dear Members,

I hope this newsletter finds you well and enjoying the summer season - I wanted to take a moment to update you on some exciting developments happening here at our club while also expressing my gratitude for your continued support and patience

First and foremost, I am thrilled to introduce our new Golf Course Superintendent, Josh Urbanec With his extensive experience and passion, we are confident that Josh will elevate our golfing experience to new heights Please join me in giving him a warm welcome when you see him out on the greens

I am also delighted to share that our efforts to enhance the facilities are well underway. I am pleased to inform you that the construction of the long-awaited golf course restroom will be completed this week and fitness restroom remediation is complete. We understand the importance of providing convenient and accessible amenities for our members, and these new additions will be a small enhancement to your experience at the club. The Fitness remediation will be a temporary solution as we finalize the larger scope renovation project for our fitness/tennis/activity center.

Additionally, I want to express my gratitude to all our dedicated members who continue to make our club a thriving community. Your support and active participation are what make this place truly special. I understand that our ongoing golf maintenance protocols, including aerification and curfew applications, have required your patience. The major rain has had an impact, and our team has worked diligently to ensure a sound recovery. The recent challenges have tested us, but thank you to Andrew Hall, James Wathen (Assistant Superintendents) and the entire maintenance team for remaining steadfast during these ever-important procedures during this interim period Together, we are witnessing the results of our collective patience and efforts as the course regains its pristine beauty

For those of you who have yet to join us for an event or activity this Summer, I encourage you to take part in our upcoming programs Whether it's the upcoming July 4th celebrations, a fitness class, or an evening of alfresco dining, there's something for everyone. Your presence and engagement contribute to the vibrant atmosphere we strive for. Thank you again for being a valued member of our community.
