FITNESS & AQUATICS

NEWS AND EVENTS

What a summer we’ve had this year! Although summer is winding down, there’s still a couple months of warm weather ahead and plenty of time to continue enjoying some fun in the sun poolside. There’s even one more great party still to come on Labor Day Don’t get so caught up with the stress of daily life that you don’t make it out to the pool to relax at least once this season!

August means the school year is beginning and with the return to normalcy, many of you parents and grandparents should now have more time in your busy schedules for the gym! The start of the school year often brings more structure and with structure comes the ability to schedule a regular exercise routine as the vital part of your day that it should be.

And huge shout-out to your very own San Jose Pool Cats! This River City Champs win made it a 3-Peat! So please congratulate any of the swimmers you see around the club! And special thanks to all the parents and coaches that put in countless hours over the summer to make this happen This win is a direct result of the hard work, dedication, and commitment you gave to the team.
