Southfield, Mich.—The average age of light vehicles in operation (VIO) in the U.S. has risen again this year to 11.8 years, according to new research from business information provider IHS Markit.

This acceleration of average age can easily be seen when looking across the last 17 years. From 2002-2007, the average age of light vehicles in the U.S. increased by 3.5 percent. From 2008-2013, however, the increase was 12.2 percent. Over the last five years, the average age increase has returned to its more traditional rate – aging by 4 percent over this time period.

“Better technology and overall vehicle quality improvements continue to be key drivers of the rising average vehicle age over time,” said Mark Seng, director, global automotive aftermarket practice at IHS Markit. “The 40 percent drop in new vehicle sales due to the recession created an acceleration in average age like we’ve never seen before. In the last couple of years, however, average age has returned to its more traditional rate of increase.”

Overall light vehicle fleet continues to grow

Light vehicles in operation in the U.S. have now reached a record level of more than 278 million according to the analysis — an increase of more than 5.9 million (2.2 percent) since 2018. This represents one of the highest annual increases the U.S. auto industry has seen since IHS Markit began tracking VIO growth – second only to the 2.3 percent growth in 2016.

“The increasing VIO fleet is providing a

robust new business pipeline for the aftermarket,” said Seng. “A larger fleet means more service and repair opportunities in the future.”

Light vehicles not aging consistently across geography or segment

For the first time, the analysis included a review of various regions around the country. The oldest light vehicles are found in the West at 12.4 years while the youngest are found in the Northeast at 10.9 years. In addition, the light vehicle fleet is not aging at the same rate across regions. In the West, light vehicles increased 1.5 percent from 2018-2019 while in the Midwest they aged by just 0.4 percent. The state of Montana has the oldest average age with light vehicles averaging 16.6 years.

The youngest average age is in Vermont, where the average age of light vehicles is 9.9 years.

Because of the growth in popularity of light trucks – including CUVs/SUVs – vehicle age in the U.S. is also increasing at different rates across vehicle segments.

From 2018-2019, the average age of passenger cars increased 2.2 percent while light trucks aged at a rate of just 0.1 percent.

As fleet ages, VIO shifts create new opportunities

The average age growth of the vehicle fleet will bring new opportunities for the automotive aftermarket, according to the analysis. The shift among various age categories continues to be a closely monitored measure, as it is important to those who manage inventories of required parts and plan for sales and service activity accordingly.

According to IHS Markit, the shifting dynamic of the age of vehicles in operation

indicates the volumes of vehicles in the new to five-year old category will grow 2 percent from 2018-2023, while vehicles in the 6-11 year old range will grow 27 percent. This is a very positive trend for the independent aftermarket as it points to a growing repair “sweet spot” – or growth in the vehicles which drive the most repair opportunities. In contrast, vehicles 12-15 years old will decline 27 percent over the same time period.

“While the decrease in light vehicles 1215 years of age looks alarming, it relates to the drop in sales due to the recession,” Seng said. “There is simply a lack of 2008 and 2009 model year vehicles due to the lower sales numbers during that timeframe.

Even the model years from early in the recovery are lower in number. This disruption simply needs time to work its way through the fleet.”

For the aftermarket repair industry, however, there is also a positive trend with the oldest light vehicles on the road. These older cars and light trucks are growing very fast – with vehicles 16 years and older expected to grow 22 percent from 20182023 reaching 84 million units in 2023. In contrast, there were less than 35 million of 16-plus year old vehicles on the road in 2002.

This aging fleet is a great trend for aftermarket companies focused on repairing the vehicles on the road today and into the future. However, the industry must understand how the trend will impact those service opportunities. Rather than selling to the first or second owner of the vehicle, it might be a third, fourth or fifth owner.

Consumers will decide how much they are willing to pay for a needed repair based on the age of their vehicle. q

Understanding new gross receipts tax for Oregon businesses Unless opponents of new tax succeed, it will take effect starting in tax years beginning on or after Jan. 1. ........

Salem, Ore.—Oregon House Bill 3427, a gross receipts tax on businesses with Oregon-sourced revenue of at least $1 million, passed the Senate and was signed

by Gov. Kate Brown on May 16.

Unless opponents of the new tax succeed in response with enough signatures and votes, it will take effect starting in tax years beginning on or after Jan. 1., reported the Northwest Automotive Trades Association (NATA).

This is a tax on Oregon gross receipts which applies to all businesses that sell,

rent, or provide services in Oregon.

There are some exemptions from taxable activities,including motor vehicle fuel sales, wholesale or retail of groceries,and excise taxes for alcohol sales.

Some entities are excluded completely, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, non-profits, and government entities.

What does Oregon source gross receipts mean? In general, gross receipts from services performed in Oregon, rentals if the property is in Oregon, and from the sale of goods/products with an end user in Oregon.

For example, sales of products to a distributor that delivers the product out of state would not be included if the seller

receives certification at the time of sale from the wholesaler that they will sell the purchased property outside this state.The rate of taxation is $250 plus 0.57 percent of the Oregon source revenue exceeding $1 million in a calendar year.

The $250 tax only applies if there is more than $1 million in Oregon gross receipts. Although it is a gross receipts tax, there is still a subtraction of 35 percent of actual cost of goods sold from the sale of Oregon products or Oregon labor (whichever is greater).

Oregon agencies offer business training

Three Oregon agencies offer regular training for companies within the state, NATA said. The Oregon Bureau of Labor

by Jerold B. Smith Renton, Wash.—With a fleet of 668 vehicles to service and repair, Ron Kahler said his staff are kept busy each workday at the Fleet Maintenance Services Division of the city of Renton’s Public Works Department.

In addition to Kahler, the staff includes seven technicians, two of them certified as an Emergency Vehicle Technician (EVT), plus Mark Velez, a fleet maintenance technician, who oversees the parts department, fuel procurement, vendor relations, and other duties.

Velez recently joined the fleet maintenance shop after 14 years as program coordinator at Shoreline Community College’s Professional Automotive Training Center.

Velez said.

The extensive parts inventory includes

filters, hoses, lighting, wiper blades, spark plugs, trailer accessories, calipers, fluids, fire extinguishers, and a variety of other products.

Prior to becoming fleet manager in Renton in 2014, Kahler was the fleet manager at the Seattle campus of the University of Washington, was a technician/lead/supervisor at the city of Seattle fleet services, and a technician with the Washington State Patrol. He is a graduate of the automotive technology program at the Lake Washington Vocational-Technical Institute in Kirkland, Wash., (now the Lake Washington Institute of Technology). “While we had about the same number of vehicles in the U of W fleet, what we have in Renton is much more diverse with police and fire units, offroad equipment, mowers, loaders, gators, heavy-duty trucks, and even two large wheeled barbecue units used regularly for community events,�

“On any given workday, we always have fire rigs in the 11-bay shop for a variety of maintenance and repair,” Kahler said, noting that maintenance and service work on fire equipment is more complicated as they adhere to the codes and standards of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).

Though much of that fire fleet service will revert to a regional fire authority next year, he said the police fleet of Chevrolet Tahoes is doubling as most officers will be taking their vehicles home while offshift.

“We are in the process of ordering lots of Tahoes, using the state bidding system,” Kahler said. “We have them go directly from GM to Kerr Industries for special police equipment outfitting so they are very close to being operational when they arrive here.”

Fuel consumption by fleet vehicles is reviewed regularly by Kahler to ensure that he stays within his proposed budget allocations.

“Fuel costs are huge, and while we’re on a two-year contract, those prices could rise substantially as they have at times in the past.”

He pulled the fuel records for one day in late June and there was 782 gallons of unleaded gas and 461 gallons of diesel used, a total for the day of $3,168.

While the city has alternate-fueled vehicles in the fleet, including hybrid cars and SUVs, over the next five years Kahler said there will be an emphasis on alternative fuels and diesel-equipped rigs.

“Diesel is much cleaner and more fuelefficient than in the past, and we will be looking at propane, CNG, and hybrids to improve our footprint in that area. CNG technology is much better than before, so it may be in the mix. We currently have a few electric vehicle charging systems in the city, but none in the fleet today. There is Tesla Model S on the state bid list, but it’s $94,000 at contract price. That could equate to maybe two or three hybrid vehicles.”

Long involved in the Western Washington chapter of the Clean Cities coalition network, Kahler said that organization has assisted cities and other government agencies in reducing 95,049 tons of CO2 emissions annually.

He has also been active in the Public Fleet Managers Association, and is a past chair of the Puget Sound chapter of the National Association of Fleet Managers.

In addition, he has been a board trustee of the Vehicle Maintenance Management Conference (VMMC) that stages a threeday training event for fleet maintenance personnel each year at South Seattle College. Much of his staff have received technical training at VMMC, as well as from Cummins, ATI, and others.

As a fleet manager, Kahler said his challenges involve city budgets for maintenance and service, continuing upgrades and obtaining new shop equipment, finding qualified staff, and making sure staff receive the proper training to perform needed service and repair. q

Bosch releases wireless battery and starter/charger system tester for ADS 325 and ADS 625 diagnostic tools

Warren, Mich.—Bosch has introduced the BAT 120 wireless battery and starter/charger system tester, which allows technicians to perform faster battery system tests and receive full alternator health reports. The new tester is designed to wirelessly transmit data via Bluetooth connectivity to a pre-installed app on the Bosch ADS 325 and ADS 625 diagnostic tools. The BAT 120 is also compatible with OTC Encore and Evolve diagnostic tools running software version 2.10 or higher.

The BAT 120 wireless battery and starter/charger system tester works on 6and 12-volt automotive batteries, including regular flooded, enhanced flooded, absorbent glass mat (AGM), EV and startstop, as well as batteries with as little as 1.5 volts. It also conducts 12- and 24-volt charger/starter systems tests and can test a vehicle’s battery charging system to gauge alternator health and troubleshoot charging issues.

The tester can evaluate batteries and display results through three LED indicators (Blue: Connected, Green: Power, Red: Trouble). The BAT 120 is also equipped with a 20-inch cable with durable clamps as well as replaceable test leads and clamps. New-vehicle quality stalls after four years of improvement, J.D. Power reports (PP100) during the first 90 days of ownership, with a lower score reflecting higher quality. In this year’s study, only 13 brands improved, while 18 worsened. The industry average remained unchanged at 93 PP100.

Following are key findings of the 2019 study: n Gap between Korean brands and others continues to widen: The three highest-ranking brands—Genesis, Kia and Hyundai—are all from Korean manufacturer Hyundai Motor Group, and the gap between these three brands and all others has widened considerably.

Mathews Auto Body — continued from page 13 Mathews said he never knows where he’s going to find his next potential employee. He was at a Walmart late one evening and heard someone behind him complaining to someone else about an employer who hadn’t paid him for a 12hour day.

“I recognized him as a customer of ours, and I knew he liked cars because when we worked on his car, he wanted to watch everything,” Mathews said. “This was 12 or 13 years ago when I was moving from painting to work in the office, so I knew we were going to have an opening in the paint shop. We taught him how to paint, and he’s still here. He’s awesome.”

The company does both direct repair and fleet work, but Mathews said the company’s online reviews – there are more than 160 of them, which Mathews believes is the most of any shop in the Tri-Cities – also bring in a lot of work.

“That’s huge. People come in all the time and say, ‘I didn’t know where to go and you guys have the best reviews, so I’m here,’” he said.

Mathews said he’s cultivated those reviews by following the lead of retail businesses in other industries.

“I’ve gone to Red Robin or The Gap, and on the receipt it says if you do a review, you will get a discount on your next purchase,” he said. “Every time I go to Costa Vida, the receipt says, ‘Leave us a review and the chips are on us next time.’

When I refer someone to my dentist, I get a $50 gift card. I thought: Why can’t we do the same thing?”

So the shop offers any customer who posts a review – good or bad – a $25 Visa gift card to thank them for taking the time to do so.

“People jump all over that,” Mathews said. “It’s human nature that if they are royally ticked off, they will go online to say Mathews stinks. But if we give them fantastic service, most of the time they will pick up their car and it’s done. So this encourages them to write a review. And they’re still legit reviews, not made up.

There was a time this past winter when we had 105 cars on-site. Trying to keep 105 people updated and satisfied is tricky, so people left reviews saying our communication needed to improve. I just respond to every single review, good or bad, and offer a thank-you gift card for them spending the time.”

The shop has been a long-time user of PPG paint, and Mathews said Toyota of Tri-Cities and the McCurley Integrity Dealership are key parts suppliers.

As he looks to the future, particularly as the largest national collision repair chains enter the Tri-Cities market, Mathews has given some thought to moving to a larger facility – the company is now spread out in four nearby buildings – with more parking.

Recruiting and integrating a diagnostic technician into a collision repair shop steps, after they’ve used the factory tools and targets, and yet the car still does not calibrate, they are really experienced to troubleshoot it from there, recognizing when things related to the collision and repair are preventing a proper calibration.”

Bob Augustine, of scan tool manufacturer Drew Technologies, said those in the mechanical repair industry could bring to collision shops experience in regularly researching OEM information.

“Familiarity with the navigation and flow and content of the OEM service

information is going to make or break your ability to estimate correctly,” Augustine said. “If you pull up five manufacturers’ websites, and you look up something like front windshield calibration, you’ll find that where the service info is placed in the service tree is probably different among all five manufacturers. You can waste a lot of time trying to figure out where they put that stuff. If you are familiar with the navigation of the website itself, you’re able to access the information a lot quicker.”

But Augustine also agreed that a “diagnostic tech” in the mechanical repair industry does very different work than one in a collision repair setting, in part because they will find themselves working on much newer vehicles than those seen in many mechanical shops.

“If you look at the average repair in a mechanical shop, they are dealing with parts degradation over time, component failure, or climate issues or water intrusion that have been manifest over a long period of time,” Augustine said. “So the types of

What types of knowledge and experience make for a good diagnostic or ADAS technician within a body shop? As part of a panel addressing that issue at a recent Collision Industry Conference (CIC), Jake Rodenroth, of asTech, said his views have evolved. asTech offers remote scanning of vehicles and operates some of its own ADAS calibration facilities in some markets.

“It’s something I initially thought required someone with a mechanical type background, because they are used to the research, used to looking up labor operations and things like that,” Rodenroth said. “But what we’ve found is that the mechanical side struggles to see the collision variable in the vehicle. They struggle to see when an aftermarket hood has been fitted to the vehicle and now the ADAS component will not calibrate. They struggle to see the possible impact of paint work, body repair and structural alignment. The knowledge needed is a blend of both mechanical and collision. But even aside from current technicians, he said the pool of people who could potentially do the work is significantly larger than the pool of traditional body and paint technicians.

“Think of anyone who has a passion and capacity to handle technology,” Amberson said. “The marketplace out there is just immense. In theory, you could go to an Apple store and hire someone who could learn about automobiles. It’s easier to teach the automobile part to someone who has an inclination toward this technology, than it is to take a traditional body tech and teach them about high tech.”

Amberson said his company is finding that two shops is enough to keep an ADAS technician busy full time, doing just scans, calibrations and some dash or airbag work.

“That is sort of a vague formula, which depends on your sales volume and mix of work,” he acknowledged, noting that because of dealership relationships and OEM certifications, LaMettry’s works on a vehicle population that on average is just 4 to 5 years old.

Rodenroth said it’s critical that if a shop has a “diagnostic technician,” that person should work closely with the shop’s estimators or repair planners.

diagnostic trouble codes found in a prerepair scan must be incorporated into the estimate or repair plan. But the diagnostic tech also should review other estimate line items as well; they may spot that a windshield replacement, for example, could trigger a need for ADAS calibrations or other sublet work that could be scheduled in advance to prevent delays at the end of repairs.

Rodenroth said diagnostic technicians also need to help estimators understand why following seemingly unrelated OEM repair procedures can impact ADAS calibrations. He said he’s seen instances when improper joining methods used between parts with different substrates can impact the grounding of electrical components.

“If both parties, the diagnostic tech and the estimator, are not researching the same manual, we’re destined for failure,” Rodenroth said.

Industry trainer Roger Cada also sees a role for the diagnostic tech in helping estimators understand the necessary procedures in order to negotiate payment.

“If the estimator can’t explain it to those who are paying the bill, you can see where things will start to fail,” Cada said. “There has to be a deep knowledge in that estimator to know how to explain why it’s needed.”

But certainly there’s a growing relationship between estimators and diagnostic techs, and the estimators are becoming more and more dependent on that high-tech individual.” q

The extra expense coverage allows a business to do what it takes to keep working on cars, whether thatâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s procuring a generator or renting another location, he said. But some companiesâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; policies require a waiting period of 24 to 72 hours before a business interruption claim can be made. â&#x20AC;&#x153;A waiting period is a deductible,â&#x20AC;? he said. â&#x20AC;&#x153;And I think this defeats my belief on good risk management and good insurance for garage operations. You want to attack the loss as soon as it happens.â&#x20AC;?

A business interruption can occur not only directly from a fire or a storm, but from techniciansâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; tools or equipment being damaged or inaccessible. So Intrepid also covers those instances. â&#x20AC;&#x153;A lot of other companies also have a limitation of $10,000 per employee. I donâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t know too many techs who have a box thatâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s not over that limit, so we vary the employee tool limits to whatever they need.â&#x20AC;?

Willett said the coverage, which also provides for vandalism or theft, is an attractive employee retention tool, as it would cost employees eight to 10 times as much to insure their tools on their own.

Infrastructure can impact shops not directly affected

Business interruption coverage protects against such instances. â&#x20AC;&#x153;I donâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t think youâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;ll get an argument that utilities are in need of renewing infrastructure, technology, and care,â&#x20AC;? Willett said. â&#x20AC;&#x153;There is concern about the electric grid being fragile, about water and gas pipes being fragile. Even the internet, which is considered a utility in our particular policy. I donâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t know how our industry would function without the internet â&#x20AC;&#x201D; how do you get on-demand OEM repair information?â&#x20AC;?

Picking up the pieces in the aftermath â&#x20AC;&#x201D; cleanup and rebuilding

The cost of pollution cleanup after a catastrophe is often underestimated, Willett said. Although EMS is first on the scene protecting life and limb, â&#x20AC;&#x153;that next morning, the first people at your door are the EPA. Theyâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;re the ones who are going to be making sure the automotive business has identified all the pollutants in your place and

they are taken care of and accounted for. Itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s often shortcut and thrown in as an additional coverage, quite often with limits of $25,000 or even lower.â&#x20AC;?

Intrepid recommends $100,000 coverage for environmental cleanup, especially as there are now more electric vehicles (with lithium-ion batteries).

A coverage known as â&#x20AC;&#x153;building ordinance and lawâ&#x20AC;? provides protection against codes that have been upgraded since the building was built, such as requiring compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. â&#x20AC;&#x153;Or there is a law in certain areas that says you now have to use specific windresistant screws in the roof so itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s not as susceptible to a wind loss the next time it comes around, or that certain materials are not allowed to be used anymore.â&#x20AC;?

For single-shop operators and smaller MSOs, Willett said buildings are either a key part of the retirement plan or of the next generation taking over the business.

Extended replacement cost coverage from Intrepid provides an additional 25-percent limit on buildings to mitigate the risk of having enough coverage at the time of loss. â&#x20AC;&#x153;I think it is really important to have that buffer, partly because we also include the foundation, excavation, backfilling, and architect fee. That is not a standard part of everyone elseâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s contract. If you get a fire hot enough to burn one of our buildings down, it probably has some juice to it, and itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s probably going to crack the foundation.â&#x20AC;?

After a widespread catastrophe, rebuilding costs can rise because of a shortage of labor and materials, so the extended replacement cost coverage helps pay for those.

Most insurers are cognizant of the goodwill associated with making big-loss payments quickly. But policies with a coinsurance clause can take longer to settle because of necessary calculations, Willett said. (A coinsurance clause requires an insured to prove they are paying a premium on an insured limit, usually 80 or 90 percent, before the loss is paid. Eighty-percent coinsurance on a $500,000 property, building or contents, must be insured for at least $400,000, or the settlement will be reduced for even a â&#x20AC;&#x153;smallerâ&#x20AC;? loss of $30,000.) Thus, it takes much time and effort after a loss to prove what the limit should be. â&#x20AC;&#x153;When you donâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t have a coinsurance limit, which is how we do it, you donâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t have to evaluate it. You prove they have the $30,000 or $40,000 loss, and you pay it. Itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s a lot more immediate process, and thereâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s not the administrative nightmare for the garage owner and the insurance company having to prove anything. Thereâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s a lot less noise and friction â&#x20AC;&#x201D; it just gets paid.â&#x20AC;? q

“Our goal is to produce high-quality products that meet or exceed OE specs and are properly tested for reliability,” Schmidt said.

To that end, two quality control labs in Everett test everything from axles to gears, determining that materials content, rigidity, tolerances, durability, teeth measurement, and overall quality of the products meet company standards. “It’s vital that we continuously test our product to ensure that we are marketing exceptionally high-quality parts for our customers,” Schmidt said.

A variety of specialized equipment is used in the test labs, including spectrometers, optical comparators, microhardness testers, Coordinate Measuring Machines, and others.

In addition to in-house testing, RANDYS employs inspectors at various supplier facilities to confirm that steel and other products being produced meet or exceed the engineering drawings and metallurgy specs engineered by RANDYS engineers. Once in-house for assembly, those products are again tested.

With products manufactured throughout the world, Hollingsworth said all are assembled at the Everett facility, a 28,000square-foot headquarters that has recently grown with the acquisition of adjacent buildings that will be used for product assembly and inventory. “We have our corporate headquarters, assembly, sales staff, engineering, quality control, and our service shop here in Everett.”

The five-bay shop has four technicians who provide drivetrain installations and service for a variety of vehicles, plus it is used as an engineering and product testing site for new and upgraded products.

ASA chapter bands together to provide disabled veteran refurbished van Aftermarket community donates parts, money and labor for project ........

Smith Seattle—When Candy Johns, co-owner of Suburb Service in Lake Forest Park, was contacted by Mike Flood of the Seattle Seahawks about a woman in need, Johns, her husband and business partner, Howard Musolf, along with numerous members of the Sno-King North Chapter of ASA Northwest, began a project that would involve hundreds of hours of work and a substantial amount of money.

Flood, the vice president of community development for the football franchise, was aware of a disabled veteran who was living in her van that was no longer operable.

“We went to look at the van and determined it was not worthy of being repaired,” said Musolf, president of the Sno-King North Chapter.

Tim Lempke, from Earl’s Garage in Shoreline, another ASA member, advised Johns and Musolf that their shop had a 1992 GMC mobility van that had been abandoned by a customer and could be provided as a replacement vehicle.

“While it had a remanufactured engine from Jasper with only 30,000 miles, the transmission needed to be replaced, so the hunt began at recyclers for a transmission, but the prices were a bit high,” Musolf said, adding that the group opted to raise funds to purchase a reman transmission from a local source.

ASA-NW chapters began sending donations to get the van repaired and ready for use by the woman in need. The collected monies were given to the 12sHELPING12s organization, a nonprofit group of Seahawks fans that provide needed financial assistance and services to the community in the Puget Sound region. That group handled the finances involved in the project.

The transmission was rebuilt by TRC in Kent, but there was also a need to have other work performed, including the front-end suspension, door and window motors, a battery system replacement, brakes, plus other system repair and a variety of parts.

In the end, Musolf said numerous shops and allied members donated services, parts, and funding. Those include Broad Stroke Associates, Benefit Solutions Northwest, Drivelines Northwest, Valley Automotive, Doug’s Affordable Towing (towed van four times to various shops), Fast Undercar, LKQ, Juanita Firs 76, KOMO TV, Thomas Hove at Seattle

University, Mike Flood of the Seahawks, Pat McCue and the Bothell High School Automotive Technology class, and Kevin Marks of All Battery Sales & Service (Interstate Batteries of Seattle) who donated a battery system for the van.

“Special thanks goes to Earl’s Garage for not only donating the van, but the installation of the transmission, radiator, head lights, and more,” Musolf said.

“And to GP Automotive in Everett and Quality Foreign Auto in Mill Creek for their generous donations of parts and labor.”

Musolf said more than $1,400 in donations were raised, some $2,600 in parts were donated, and more than 400 labor hours were donated by members.

“Candy was certainly the point person, but so many of the members stepped up to assist in this unique project. It bonded our group and we’re now looking for another vehicle project to help someone in the community. And we challenge others in our industry to do something similar.” q
