Fall 2022 Criteria Admission Students with a cumulative 2.6 high school GPA (4.0 scale) or cumulative 2.0 high school GPA (4.0 scale) and 990 SAT ERW + M (19 ACT) will be automatically admitted. Students with a cumulative 2.0-2.59 high school GPA (4.0 scale) will be considered by the Admission Review Committee, which requires a 7th semester official high school transcript and statement.

Direct Entry Students can be considered for direct admission to SIUE's most competitive programs in the Schools of Business; Education, Health and Human Behavior; Engineering; and Nursing, as well as conditional entry to the School of Pharmacy. Visit siue.edu/direct for details.

Scholarships Students qualify for a scholarship with a cumulative 3.0 GPA (4.0 scale). Students can be considered for the Meridian Scholarship, SIUE's premier award, with a cumulative 3.5 GPA (4.0 scale). To ensure scholarship consideration, students must submit all admission documents by December 1. Meridian Scholarship applicants also must submit the Meridian Supplemental Profile (siue.edu/meridian) by December 1. Students can now apply to SIUE using the Common App (commonapp.org)! Fall 2022 admission decisions began September 13 and continue on a rolling basis.
