*Undergraduate, two semesters, 15 credit hours each. Prices reflect the academic year 2026-2027 tuition rate.

Some degree programs have course-specific fees. Undergraduate majors in the Schools of Business and Engineering will be assessed a 15% differential tuition surcharge based on the in-state rate. **SIUE requires student health insurance for full-time domestic students with at least one on-ground class.

Students may opt out by providing proof of health insurance coverage.

Otherwise, the $2,583 Student Health Insurance Fee will be charged.

YOU HAVE QUESTIONS. 1. How do I apply?

Applying to SIUE is simple. To receive an admission decision, you'll need to submit: • Application for Admission: Complete the online application at siue.edu/apply/transfer.

• Official College Transcripts: Submit official transcripts from every college or university you have attended.

• Official High School Transcript: Submit only if you have completed fewer than 30 attempted semester hours of college coursework.

2. When can I apply?

• Application opens: August 1 • Application deadline: Two weeks prior to the first day of classes.

3. Will I be admitted?

• Applicants with 30 or more attempted semester hours are eligible for admission with a minimum cumulative transfer GPA of 2.0.

• Applicants with fewer than 30 attempted semester hours must also meet first-year admission requirements.

4. Will my credits transfer?

The Transfer Center team may perform an informal and unofficial credit evaluation.

An official credit evaluation is completed once an official transcript is received.
