Process of ISO Certification in Japan

Implement the System – The organization can do the implementation by itself or consult any consulting organization.

Submit an Application – The Organization has to submit the Application Form with details (Standards, Scope, Location, Number of Employees, and other information.)

Stage-1 and Stage 2 Audit – After the Application received, the Quality Sistema Team will prepare the Audit Plan and Conduct

Stage-1 Audit (Document Review) and Stage-2 Audit (System Review)at your Organization

Successful Certification– Based on the Audit results, if all non-conformities are rectified (If any), Quality Sistema will issue ISO Certificate for your Organization.

Surveillance Audits (Each Year)- After the Successful Certification, to confirm the Compliance, the Quality Sistem will conduct Surveillance audits each year.
