CAULK ACRYLIC

Water based, flexible caulk acrylic for sealing and filling gaps and cracks on walls and ceilings.

INTERIOR A one component, flexible caulk acrylic that is easy to apply, dries quickly and can be overpainted with most emulsion and oil based paint. Can be used for sealing and filling of interior gaps and cracks where movement can occur, such as those between skirting boards, ceilings, architraves, plasterwork, window and door frames.

GP

SILICONE An acetoxy curing silicone which provides a permanently water tight flexible seal and offers good adhesive properties. Suitable for use on glass, most painted surfaces, sanitary ware, ceramics and most non-porous surfaces.

INTERIOR/EXTERIOR Our SX Contractors GP Silicone is a versatile sealant which is mould resistant and also has good resistance to UV, water and weather.

LMN

SILICONE Neutral cure silicone which is ideal for sealing building, construction and glazing joints.

INTERIOR/EXTERIOR A one component, neutral curing silicone which can be used for sealing most building, construction and glazing joints. This sealant is almost odourless and cures with atmospheric moisture to form a durable rubber seal and it is also mould, UV, water and weather resistant.

LEAD SHEET

SILICONE

A flexible mortar which provides a water and weatherproof seal. It has good UV resistance and cures under the influence of humidity to form a durable elastic rubber seal.

INTERIOR/EXTERIOR Our SX Contractors Lead Sheet Silicone is mould resistant and is specifically formulated to point lead into brickwork. Provides good adhesion to lead and most roofing substrates.

MORTAR REPAIR CEMENT

A ready mixed repair filler for repairing mortar in brick & stonework.

INTERIOR/EXTERIOR Specially developed to repair damaged mortar joints quickly, without the need to mix sand and cement. Will adhere without primer, even on slightly damp surfaces.

Suitable for interior and exterior applications for the restoration and repair of damaged masonry between brick and stonework. Also for repairing cracks and damaged stone edges. Can be used to seal joints between tiles, stones and brick slips and pointing around lead flashing.

A high quality neutral cure hybrid for sealing and bonding joints.

Can be used in sanitary, food prep and cold storage areas.

INTERIOR/EXTERIOR This hybrid sealant & adhesive has excellent adhesion to most nonporous surfaces, and will bond to damp surfaces. Paintable with water-based and most synthetic paints. Free from isocyanates, fastcuring and almost odourless. It is also non-corrosive to metals and is resistant to UV, weather and water.

Has excellent anti-pick qualities, and be used for gluing skirting boards, thresholds and insulation materials.

BOND

A strong, flexible hybrid based adhesive for bonding most non-porous substrates.

INTERIOR The product is based on a neutral curing system and is free from isocyanates. As well as being fast curing and odourless it is also non-corrosive to metals. Has good adhesion to most non-porous surfaces, even when damp.

BUILDERS UNIVERSAL

SILICONE

A premium grade, low modulus, neutral curing silicone. It has excellent adhesion to most common building materials.

INTERIOR/EXTERIOR This silicone has excellent resistance to UV, water and weather and is non corrosive towards metals.

Accommodates joint movement of + or - 25% and it is almost odourless.

For the sealing of construction and dilation joints in concrete and brickwork, connection joints, curtain wall constructions, glazing systems, kitchens, bathrooms, showers and industrial applications. Suitable for the bedding of double glazed units and cap beading. Excellent adhesion without primer, to seal assemblies of glass, glazed surfaces, aluminium and many other metals, unplasticised plastics such as polyester, rigid polystyrene, ABS, most PVCu and painted wood. Can also be used on swimming pools.

INTERIOR/EXTERIOR Our SX Professionals Sanitary & Bath Silicone contains antifungal compounds to prevent mould growth in areas subject to high humidity levels. Provides a long lasting, flexible, watertight seal that is ideal for domestic or professional application. Good adhesion to most non-porous surfaces without the use of a primer. Perfect for sealing around baths, shower trays, basins and sanitary ware.

May also be used to seal assemblies of glass, glazed surfaces, porcelain coated metal, epoxy and polyester panels and finished wood.

HM POLYFLEX

POLYURETHANE A high modulus polyurethane for joints in building and construction.

INTERIOR/EXTERIOR Use to waterproof joints in building and metal constructions. Can be used for gluing, sealing, mounting and anchoring in most building applications. FOAM CLEANER

A unique multi function cleaner that has been designed to digest and remove uncured PU foam.

For easy removal of uncured PU foam from the majority of gun grade PU foam applicator guns. The unique designed plastic moulding is an ‘all in one’ component that includes a threaded collar with integral sealing valve and gasket. Also incorporated into the component is a removable aerosol actuator button to spray accurate jets of cleaner directly into confined areas.

INTERIOR Specifically developed to be over painted with water based and synthetic paints immediately after application. This product adheres to most surfaces perfectly without the use of a primer with minimal risk of craze cracking. This product has low odour, does not discolour, is easy to apply and is not corrosive towards metals. Has good adhesion without primer on concrete, brickwork, plaster and painted wood. For the sealing and filling of gaps and cracks where movement can occur.

Our unique acrylic caulk is paintable and prevents craze cracking and discolouration of paint when painted with most water and synthetic paints.

CAULK ACRYLIC

A premium grade, flexible sealant that is easy to apply, dries quickly and can be over painted with most water based and synthetic paints.

INTERIOR For the sealing and filling of gaps and cracks where movement can occur, such as those between plasterwork, perimeter sealing of window and door frames, skirting boards and architraves.

Use prior to painting or wall papering to fill cracks to give a professional finish. Adheres without primer to most substrates. I t is almost odour free and is not corrosive towards metals.

READY MIXED

INSTANT PLASTER FILLER

A non shrinking, ultra light, ready mixed filler which is great for filling and repairing cracks and holes in walls and ceilings.

INTERIOR Our SX Decorators Ready Mixed Instant Plaster Filler is quick drying and can be over painted with emulsion based paint 10-20 minutes after application, subject to ambient conditions. After curing the product can also be sanded.

Designs for use in filling joints and screw holes in plasterboard walls and ceilings and for filling and repairing holes in static joints in concrete, brickwork and plaster.

RAINPROOF

CAULK ACRYLIC

A one component, high quality acrylic sealant which is rain resistant IMMEDIATELY after application.

INTERIOR/EXTERIOR It is almost odour free and is not corrosive towards metals. After application the product forms a soft flexible rubber seal. Once fully cured, can be painted with water based and synthetic paints.

For sealing and filling gaps and cracks where movement can occur such as perimeter sealing between wooden and metal window and door frames and connection joints between concrete, brickwork, windowsills, stairs, ceilings, walls, metal sheets, thresholds, panels, aerated concrete, plasterboard and limestone.

An incredible, instant grab adhesive with an initial bond strength double that of most other grab adhesives. For bonding most building substrates.

INTERIOR/EXTERIOR Our SX Mighty Strength Grip & Grab Adhesive can be used on damp or wet surfaces, is solvent free and cures quickly. It is water, frost and heat resistant from temperatures of -40°C to +90°C. An excellent alternative fixing adhesive which remains flexible, that replaces nails, screws and other mechanical fixings. Suitable for bonding most building substrates but in particular, for fixing of large panels, wallboards and mirrors.

A ready to use, solvent free construction adhesive based on acrylic polymers, which adheres to most common building surfaces and replaces nails and screws.

INTERIOR/EXTERIOR The adhesive cures by moisture to form a strong and durable bond.

Can even be used on damp surfaces without the use of a primer.

Can be used to fix skirting boards in both wood and PVCu, thresholds, panels and ornamental framework onto various substrates such as masonry, concrete, plaster, chipboard, plasterboard and wood.
