In Bel Air - Holmby Hills there were 17 single family home sales in March 2014, up from 13 in March 2013 and a 89% increase from the 9 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in March 2014 was $11,080,641 compared to $1,603,215 for March 2013, representing a 591% increase. For the three-month period from January to March 2014, the average list price was 140% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for March 2014 was $9,507,235, compared to that of January through March 2014, which was $6,325,987. Comparing March 2014 to February 2014, Bel Air - Holmby Hills saw a 105% increase in average sale price, and a 502% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

MARCH MARKET OVERVIEW In Beverly Center - Miracle Mile there were 17 single family home sales in March 2014, down from 18 in March 2013 and a 42% increase from the 12 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in March 2014 was $1,353,406 compared to $930,278 for March 2013, representing a 45% increase. For the three-month period from January to March 2014, the average list price was 53% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for March 2014 was $1,333,500, compared to that of January through March 2014, which was $1,509,175. Comparing March 2014 to February 2014, Beverly Center - Miracle Mile saw a 26% decrease in average sale price, but a 37% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

CONDOMINIUM SALES MARCH MARKET OVERVIEW

In Beverly Hills there were 11 single family home sales in March 2014, down from 13 in March 2013 and a 10% increase from the 10 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in March 2014 was $6,088,545 compared to $4,921,069 for March 2013, representing a 24% increase. For the three-month period from January to March 2014, the average list price was 28% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for March 2014 was $5,482,479, compared to that of January through March 2014, which was $6,457,008. Comparing March 2014 to February 2014, Beverly Hills saw a 34% decrease in average sale price, but a 11% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

CONDOMINIUM SALES MARCH MARKET OVERVIEW

In Westwood - Century City there were 52 condominium sales in March 2014, up from 49 in March 2013 and a 30% increase from the 40 sales closed last month. The average list price for condo sales in March 2014 was $1,187,200 compared to $686,133 for March 2013, representing a 73% increase. For the three-month period from January to March 2014, the average list price was 36% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for March 2014 was $1,136,572, compared to that of January through March 2014, which was $1,098,575. Comparing March 2014 to February 2014, Westwood - Century City saw a 2% increase in average sale price, and a 68% increase compared to same month of the prior year.
