BARBARA JASHINSKI Barbara spent seventeen years in Sales Management for luxury hotel properties in San Francisco, California and Santa Fe, New Mexico. While in New Mexico, she obtained a real estate license and made the natural transition from selling luxury hotel accommodations to selling luxury real estate.

During her time in Santa Fe, Barbara met her husband, Mike Jashinski. Both were proud to represent the prestigious master planned community of Las Companas during their tenure in Santa Fe. After relocating to the Monterey Peninsula in 2003, Barbara is thrilled to be back in northern California and passionate about sharing this stunningly beautiful and diverse community with others. Barbara has established expertise in helping discerning clients to achieve their real estate goals. Her professionalism, enthusiasm and integrity will be an asset to everyone she encounters. BETH FRANKS With over 28 years of real estate sales expertise on the Monterey Peninsula, Beth has exceptional local knowledge. Her experience includes hundreds of sales in a number of master-planned communities including Las Palmas Ranch, Ocean Harbor House, Tehama and Monterra. She joined the original Tehama Realty team at the end of 2002 and has worked with Mike Jashinski as a team member and transaction specialist since 2002, joining Sotheby’s International Realty in 2010. Beth understands the challenges clients often go through during a transaction. Having personally built six custom homes, she can often relate to the questions involved each step of the way. This unique perspective enables her to address clients’ needs. Beth’s goal is to ensure her clients have a smooth transition through the often cumbersome sales process, from understanding contract documentation to reviewing community standards and requirements.

A real estate broker and member of the California Association of Realtors, Beth is also involved locally with the Carmel High School Athletic Boosters.

In her spare time she will most likely be found at her son’s football games or a Giants baseball game. She is proud to call the Monterey Peninsula home and share this beautiful place with her husband of 33 years, her son and her Labrador Retriever.

MIKE JASHINSKI Mike Jashinski has had an impressive career that spans over 35 years in the luxury real estate industry. After graduating from Penn State University with a degree in business, Mike spent four years as an Officer in the Air Force. Soon after, he embarked on a career in resort and residential real estate which prepared him for the success that he enjoys today. Mike began his career as a sales consultant, then was promoted to National Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales for several notable luxury master planned communities.

In 2002, Mike and his wife Barbara seized the opportunity to re-locate to the Monterey Peninsula, one of the most pristine and magnificent coastal communities in the U.S. Mike quickly established himself as a top-producer here by specializing in luxury real estate sales in Carmel and Monterey, including the master planned resort communities of Tehama and Monterra.

Since arriving on the Monterey Peninsula, Mike and his team have closed over 400 million in sales of luxury homes and land. Mike attributes his success to a passion for real estate, a deep commitment to personal integrity, a strong work ethic and a keen understanding of the complex needs of todays sophisticated and discerning real estate clients. Since joining Sotheby’s International Realty in 2010, Mike has been the Top Producing Realtor in Dollar Volume Sales for five out of seven years. He has been recognized in the top 10 of all agents on the Monterey Peninsula from 2006 through 2015.

Mike is a member of the Monterey County Association of Realtors, as well as the California and National Association of Realtors. He currently holds a Brokers license in the states of California and Colorado.

In his free time, Mike enjoys travel with his wife, golf, college football (Go Penn State!) and two beautiful grand children.
