MEETINGPOINT&ARRIVAL
Guests are requested to gather at SKIRTTerrace,W Singapore – Sentosa Cove, 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.The vessel departs promptly as scheduled; late arrivals may not be accommodated and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
TRANSPORTATION&PARKING
Complimentary parking is available atW Singapore – Sentosa Cove.A complimentary Sentosa Island gantry QR code will be provided to all charter guests seamless arrival, no additional fees.
WEATHER&RESCHEDULING
The safety ofyour guests remains our highest priority. Charters will proceed in light rain or drizzle. In the event of severe weather conditions, as determined by the Captain, rescheduling options will be offered.
AW Singapore representative will be onboard alongside the Captain to assess weather conditions and determine whether rescheduling is required. Should a charter be rescheduled, the new date must be taken within three months of the original charter date and is subject to availability.
BOARDING
Footwear must be removed before boarding and stored in the designated area.We recommend comfortable resort attire.As storage space onboard is limited, guests are advised to travel light.
ONBOARDPOLICY
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Large items including luggage, strollers, and wheeled equipment cannot be brought onboard. The experience is a shared, private event designed for leisurely enjoyment.
GUESTELIGIBILITY
Guests aged 12 months and above are welcome onboard and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. For safety reasons, individuals with certain medical conditions, expectant mothers, or those with limited mobility may be restricted from participating, at the discretion of the Captain.

BOOKINGLEADTIME
We recommend booking a minimum of 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and allow sufficient time for menu planning, customisation, and logistics. Corporate bookings with add-ons may require additional lead time.
