Automated Text Messages for Repair Pickups
We’re nearing completion of our new automated text messaging system for repair pickups Be sure to ask repair customers how they prefer to be contacted and offer text messaging as a convenient option.
New Service Bins
We’ve introduced new bins to improve service workflow, including an “incoming” bin for jobs intended for the shop and waiting goldsmith review, as well as a mail prep bin for outgoing repairs. These additions provide better visibility into repair progress and create a clear, organized system for locating jobs quickly.
