Liz loves to mine for rocks and gems as well as collect them. Recently she has been bringing in a “rock of the week” with specimens from her large personal collection for all of us to learn and interact with. This has been a fun way for everyone to learn more about the materials used in jewelry We are so lucky she is willing to share this with us When Liz goes mining, she always keeps me in mind and has been mining white rocks to create a border around my garden at home! She is such a gem!
