Dear Team,
As we close out this year, I want to take a moment to reflect on what we have accomplished together and to thank each of you for the role you played in making it such a successful one. This year presented its share of challenges, but it also brought meaningful growth, innovation, and progress I am especially proud of the way our teams supported one another and stayed focused on our shared mission. The results we see today are built on that collective effort, and they position us well for the opportunities ahead. While our year end financials are not finalized, I have full faith that we will end on a very successful note.
As we look to the coming year, we do so with confidence and optimism. We have strong momentum, a clear direction, and an exceptional group of people to carry our vision forward I am excited about what we will accomplish together next. Thank you for your hard work, your dedication, and your belief in what we are building. Many of you received an email from me reminding you to file your Unum claim for $50 based on the qualifiers listed below What you should know, is if you have a Unum supplemental plan or plans and you had a physical, dental exam, flu vaccine or anything else that is in the list below, you can receive $50 for every Unum supplemental plan you have. This is available to you every year. Please take a moment and complete the claim process [see below on how to do this]. It's super easy, and $50, $100, or $150 is a pretty great thing!

Every year, employees and their family members who have Accident, Hospital and/or Critical Illness Coverage can also receive $50 for getting a covered Be Well Screening test, such as:
Annual exams by a physician include sports physicals, well-child visits, dental and vision exams.
Screenings for cancer, including pap smear, colonoscopy
Cardiovascular function screenings
Screenings for cholesterol and diabetes
Imaging studies, including chest X-ray, mammography
Immunizations including HPV, MMR, tetanus, influenza
To file a claim you will need to register for an account at services.unum.com. Complete your account and at the dashboard on the right side you will see:
Select the “Start a Wellness Claim”. Complete the claim and submit. It’s that easy!

Due to a limited availability of quality inventory on the market, we will not be moving forward with jewelry boxes. Wewill be reallocating our remaining inventory to the stores where they sell best and will connect with you individually regarding any display shelving.
Keith Jack
We will be discontinuing Keith Jack After several price increases over the past year and additional impacts from tariffs, the increases in MSRP have put the line at prices we do not believe reflect a proper value to our customers. We will be consolidating the collection as we sell through existing inventory.

Our inventory on Sunday September 21 hadfantastic results. Thank you all for your hard work, preparation, and execution on inventory day! Final Results for the company:
Variance of -$1,938.96, -.01% of all dollars we counted!
Lowinventory variances mean that our inventory is accurate, which helps our store teams when they areselling,our finance team when they are working with the bank, and our buyers when they are lookingatinventory levels.
Accurateinventory doesn’t just happen in one day. The work each of you do every day is important!

ü Correct, scannable price tags on every item (with the variant codes!)
ü Scanning transfers when they arrive in your store and when they leave.

Location Spotlight
I am a long-time blood donor (just over 33 gallons so far!) but sometime during the pandemic a phlebotomist asked me if I would donate platelets. The process differs in that platelets take longer (I allow three hours), 2 arms are used, and you can donate more frequently (up to 24 times per year as opposed to a whole blood donation which tops out at 6). I generally set a goal of 18 donations per year and have met that goal for the past three years. What are platelets? They are a key clotting component in blood that is often needed by cancer patients, surgical patients, and bone marrow transplant recipients Not everyone can do it Some people have reactions to the citrate they give you to prevent clotting (I have this reaction but taking Tums before and during the donation fixes things for me). Less than 2% of blood donors donate platelets, so there is always a need I go to the donor center in Portland and watch Netflix while I donate. The phlebotomists do everything they can to make you comfortable (warm blankets!) and ensure a successful donation. My levels are fairly high, and I am often able to donate a "triple" which means three separate people can benefit from one donation Please reach out if you have any questions about donating It is very rewarding and can truly help someone.
