A FAVORITE EVERYDAY SALAD DRESSING RECIPE THAT GOES WITH JUST ABOUT ANYTHING! FEEL FREE TO DOUBLE OR TRIPLE THE BATCH! YOU CAN ALSO ALTER THE INGREDIENTS TO YOUR LIKING

Ingredients

3 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL

1 SMALL MINCED GARLIC CLOVE

1 AND ONE HALF TABLESPOON FRESHLYSQUEEZED LEMON JUICE OR YOU CAN USE RED WINE VINEGAR OR A LITTLE OF BOTH

½ TEASPOON DIJON MUSTAR

½ HALF TEASPOON FINE SEA SALT

1/4 QUARTER TEASPOON FRESHLY-CRACKED BLACK PEPPER

Instructions

COMBINE INGREDIENTS, WHISK TOGETHER IN A SMALL BOWL UNTIL COMPLETELY COMBINED.

SERVE IMMEDIATELY OR STORE IN THE REFRIGERATOR UP TO 7 DAYS IF YOU CHOOSE TO REFRIGERATE THE DRESSING, IT WILL NEED TO BE SHAKEN AGAIN BEFORE SERVING.
