Therma-Tru decorative glass is handcrafted and built with all-glass bevels. Backed by a lifetime limited warranty when installed in a fiberglass door system for peace of mind. For Classic Craft premium entryways, this warranty can be transferred once to a new homeowner upon sale of the home.

All interior and exterior glass panels, including Low-E and clear glass, are laminated or tempered for added safety.

Energy Efficiency

In any region or climate, energy efficiency is key. More than 80 percent of Therma-Tru door and glass options are ENERGY STAR® qualified and National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) certified, helping save money on energy costs.** Most Therma-Tru decorative glass features triple-pane construction, creating an exceptional thermal barrier.

Factory-coated Low-E glass comes standard for Classic Craft and Pulse Ari. Low-E glass is also available as an option for clear glass in all other door families to deliver exceptional energy efficiency.

In cold weather, Low-E glass can help reduce the loss of heat by reflecting the heat back inside the home.

Quality Testing

In warm weather, Low-E glass reflects the sun’s rays off of the glass, helping to keep the interior of the home cool.

Multiple rigorous tests help ensure that our glass meets the toughest quality and performance expectations:

Our Slam Test requires a glass-fitted door to be slammed repeatedly, confirming the durability and performance of the glass and door.

Exposing our glass to weather-like conditions for our Frost Point Test helps verify that moisture and condensation will not get trapped inside.

All sidelites are made with flush-glazed glass for a truly seamless, consistent appearance. The EnLitenTM flush-glazed process integrates the glass into the door providing a high-performance weather seal.

Any Therma-Tru® glass added to a Classic Craft® entryway is covered by the same comprehensive transferable lifetime limited warranty. This warranty can be transferred one time to a new owner, should you ever sell your home.

Divided Lites *

Simulated Divided Lites (SDLs)

Wood-grained or smooth SDL bars adhere to the interior and exterior panes of tempered glass and can be stained or painted to complement the door and home.

Note: Some door styles use a combination of 4-¼" and 5-½" divider bars.

Flush-Glazed Sticking Profiles
