Ordering And Payment

Opening order minimum: $350

Re-order minimum: $200

First time orders require payment with a credit card. Credit cards are processed at the time of shipment.

Accounts that have not placed an order in the last twelve months are subject to be treated as a new account. Net 30 terms will only be offered upon approval of credit.

We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account at any time at our discretion.

Pricing And Selling

Orders placed below case pack quantities will be automatically increased to a full case. All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Products must be sold in their original packaging. Products cannot be sold on any 3rd party websites i.e. Amazon and Etsy.

Returns And Exchanges

We do not accept returns. Any claims of damages or shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping

All domestic orders ship UPS Ground unless prior arrangements have been made. International orders are subject to additional shipping costs. All items ship from Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Cancellation

Any canceled order is subject to a 50% cancellation fee to be paid within fifteen days of cancellation.

Shipment dates that have been pushed back by the buyer twice will be treated as cancelled orders and be subject to the 50% cancellation fee.

Unpaid fees will be submitted to a collection agency after 90 days. The amount due will include all legal and agency fees.

Testers

Testers are available for all collections. Testers ship without a box and at 50% off wholesale.
