Why are more patients choosing CEREC®?

What would you say to a procedure that replaces fillings & restores any tooth that is decayed, weakened, broken, etc. to its natural strength & beauty. And it’s done with all-ceramic materials that are tooth-colored and done in a single appointment! No messy impression, less injections, no temporaries, and safer, more predictable results.

SO HOW DOES CEREC® WORK?

FIRST, your dentist examines the tooth and determines if CEREC® is the appropriate treatment. Next, an anesthetic is administered and the tooth is prepared for restoration, removing decayed and weakened tooth tissue.

NEXT is an Optical Impression of the prepared tooth. Instead of filling a tray with impression “goop” that you must bite into and hold until it hardens, the tooth is scanned with a digital scanner, which takes an optical impression instead of the old-fashioned rubber impression, This process only takes a minute or two.

No Temporaries

The CEREC® machine helps the dentist create the restoration for your tooth. The CEREC® 3D software takes the digital picture and converts it into a 3-dimensional virtual model on the computer screen. Your dentist then uses his or her dental expertise to design the Inserting Block into milling chamberrestoration using the CEREC® 3D computer program. Within minutes, your dentist clicks a button, and the restoration design data is sent to a separate milling machine in the office. A ceramic block that matches your tooth shade is placed in the milling machine, and about 10 - 20 minutes later your all-ceramic, tooth-colored restoration is finished and ready to bond in place.

LASTLY, your dentist tries the restoration in your mouth to ensure proper fit and bite. The restoration is then polished and bonded to the prepared tooth. Your tooth is restored with no “temporary” or return trip necessary. All of this is done in a single appointment! Ask your dentist about CEREC® today.

REAL ESTATE market

For most, buying a home is the largest purchase you’ll make in your lifetime. I won’t bore you with what I think you should do in today’s market. Instead, here are some key things to consider when deciding to buy a home:

Loan Products

Loan products come in all shapes and sizes. Google types of home loans and you’ll be shocked at the number of options. Point being, do your own research to find a loan product to fit your situation. After you identify a few, seek out a lender who offers those types of loans.

Interest Rates

Over the past 10 years interest rate have been historically low. In turn, the rising rates of today’s market appear daunting. The secret? If you identify what you could comfortably afford monthly, your interest rate is going to help identify the price range you should be shopping within.

Understanding You

Every property is unique, as is your personal situation. Think about your goals and how a home purchase fits those plans. There is never a bad time to buy real estate when you’re making a well-informed decision.

IN SUMMARY, HOW DO YOU

NAVIGATE TODAY’S REAL ESTATE MARKET?

1. Understand you! Think through how a home purchase fits your plan.

2. Do your research and find a loan product that best fits your situation.

3 Understand what you can afford and shop accordingly.

4. Find an agent who cares — one who has more interest in finding the property that best suits you than in pushing you to buy at the top of your budget to get a bigger commission. The right agent is your best resource for all things real estate related.
