Founding and Early Years SRLLP was established with the purpose to help create a community that fosters respect and self-sufficiency using sustainable and environmentally responsible methods that honour the culture of Simpcw First Nation.

Sustainability Estsék’ Environmental Services LLP is formed to deliver exceptional environmental solutions with a focus on sustainability and community well-being.

2016

New Sector Growth T’micw-kt Cultural Services (TCS) was established in 2016 through a partnership between Simpcw Resources LLP and Terra Archaeology Limited. TCS provides a comprehensive range of professional archaeological and anthropological consulting services across British Columbia, leveraging extensive skills, experience, and resources.

2025 Future Years

We expanded our portfolio by acquiring Johnson Lake Resort and Barriere TIMBER MART, and by forming River City Fibre in partnership with Arrow. These strategic moves have enhanced our service offerings and strengthened our industry capabilities.

Over $18,000 in scholarships and bursaries were awarded to Simpcw First Nation members through the Joint Venture Annual Golf Tournament. By investing in local talent, we aim to foster long-term success and prosperity within the community.

COMMITMENT TO SAFETY SRG believes that competency is key to maintaining a safe work environment. That’s why we offer customized training requirements for each level of worker, ensuring that every employee and contractor is well-equipped to handle their responsibilities safely. Our safety department staff hold educational certificates from both industry and recognized programs.

Prequalification & On-Site Support Before any contract worker steps on-site, they must pass a rigorous prequalification process, designed to ensure only the most qualified individuals are part of our projects. We provide on-site safety support to enhance worker knowledge, empower proactive safety measures, and foster a culture of safety on every job site.

Proactive Risk Management From the pre-job planning stage to project completion, the SRG team will implement a system to identify hazards and ensure effective controls are in place.
